The supervisory authorities in Tatarstan are actively using mechanisms of remote interaction with business

This was told by Gulnaz Ismagilova, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. She noted that Tatarstan entrepreneurs can undergo inspections remotely using a special application "Mobile Inspector".
 
"The inspectors of the republic actively use mechanisms of remote interaction with entrepreneurs. The mobile application allows you to promptly bring up-to-date and in-demand information about administrative regulations and requirements to the business. The mobile application automates the work of employees of control and licensing authorities and reduces the burden on business," said Gulnaz Ismagilova, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic.
 
In addition to online verification or a preventive visit, the application has functions that allow you to track the verification process according to the checklist. The application also allows you to prevent the substitution of geo-location, save photos, videos and audio materials of the check for 5 years, sign the results of the check with an electronic signature immediately in the application and view the history of checks using an interactive log. In the magazine, with one click, you can go to a specific moment of the video recording, where the inspector provided an answer to the entrepreneur's question.
 
Authorization in the application takes place through Public Services. A notification about the appointment of a check indicating the date and time and a brief instruction on how to connect on a single portal is sent to the user's personal account.
 
Let us recall that the Ministry of Finance of Russia, together with the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, launched a pilot project on the introduction of a mobile application in October 2023. The pilot version of the application was tested by representatives of Rosalkogolregulirovanie, Rosaccreditation, Roszdravnadzor, Rosprirodnadzor, Rosselkhoznadzor, as well as executive authorities of 3 regions, including the Republic of Tatarstan.
 
Starting in 2024, the inspector can conduct a remote event using a desktop computer, thanks to the introduction of the web interface of the Inspector mobile application.
