Deputy Minister Gulnaz Ismagilova held a meeting on improving the quality of regulatory impact assessment and expertise at the municipal level

On July 17, 2024, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a video conference meeting on improving the quality of regulatory impact assessment and expertise at the municipal level.

The meeting was attended by representatives of local governments, in which the regulatory impact assessment is mandatory in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Local Self-Government in the Republic of Tatarstan" and in which, based on the results of work in the first half of 2024, significant shortcomings were identified.

In her speech, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Gulnaz Ismagilova noted that the assessment of the regulatory impact of draft municipal regulatory legal acts should be carried out on an ongoing basis, and the examination of existing municipal regulatory legal acts according to approved plans.

At the meeting, the results of monitoring the quality of regulatory impact assessment in municipal districts (urban districts) of the republic in the first half of 2024 were announced, recommendations were made to eliminate the identified shortcomings, and tasks were set for the third quarter of 2024.
