For the first time, the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan is classified as providing the 1st category of quality
The guarantee of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, was for the first time assigned to the 1st category of quality assurance.
This decision was made by the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia on June 21, 2024.
Now, when attracting guarantees from the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan by credit organizations as collateral for obligations under loans and other agreements of entrepreneurs, credit organizations will be able to adjust (reduce) reserves for possible loan losses in the amount of 100% (in accordance with the Regulation of the Bank of Russia dated 06/28/2017 No. 590-P "On the procedure for the formation of reserves by credit organizations for possible losses on loans, loan and related debts").
The support of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, provided within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized enterprises", is in demand and relevant among entrepreneurs and self-employed citizens of the republic. Now even more Tatarstan business representatives will be able to use it to develop their own business.
In 2024, as of 06/26/2024, 364 guarantees have already been provided to businesses in the amount of 1.8 billion rubles, thanks to which Tatarstan entrepreneurs were able to attract 4.3 billion rubles of debt financing.
Let us recall that the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, provides guarantees for the registration of debt financing (loan, loan, leasing, bank guarantee) to entrepreneurs who, according to the conclusion of a financial organization, have a stable financial position, but do not have sufficient collateral.
