Briefing on the mechanism of Regulatory Impact Assessment of normative acts

October 10, 2013 in the Republican Agency for Press and Mass Communications "Tatmedia" held a briefing on the discussion of the mechanism of Regulatory Impact Assessment regulations as a tool to reduce administrative barriers and improve the effectiveness of legislation in the field of entrepreneurship. Since 2010 the Government of the Russian Federation at the federal level to implement a mechanism of regulatory impact assessment that is widely used in international practice . This mechanism is designed to reduce administrative barriers to business, enhance decision- laws and thus improve the investment attractiveness of the whole problem by analyzing , quantifying the proposed state regulation with experts and the use of public consultations . In the Republic of Tatarstan tool ODS implemented in 2012 in the framework of implementation of the Standard of the executive authorities to ensure a favorable investment climate , approved by the Supervisory Board of ANO " The agency 's strategic initiatives to promote new projects " ( ASI) .
