Deputy Minister Gulnaz Ismagilova held a meeting on improving the quality and validity of regulation
An interdepartmental meeting held on June 27, 2024 at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan was devoted to the preliminary results of the implementation of the procedure for assessing the regulatory impact of draft republican regulatory legal acts and the examination of republican regulatory legal acts in the first half of 2024 and tasks for the second half of 2024.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the office of the Commissioner under the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs, republican control (supervision) bodies, local governments, representatives of the business community.
Separately, the meeting discussed the issue of improving interaction with the business community in assessing the regulatory impact of draft republican regulatory legal acts and the examination of republican regulatory legal acts.
Gulnaz Ismagilova, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, noted that the opinion of representatives of the business and expert community is necessarily taken into account when preparing conclusions on the results of the regulatory impact assessment and expertise.
In conclusion, the Deputy Minister stressed that the joint task of the republican executive authorities, local governments and business associations is to improve the quality and validity of regulation.
