Gulnaz Ismagilova, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke to entrepreneurs on the topic: "Assessment of regulatory impact as a way to influence decisions made by the state"

On June 18, 2024, at the site of the Tatarstan Republican branch of the all-Russian public organization of small and medium-sized enterprises "Support of Russia", a meeting was held with the business community on the topic: "Assessment of regulatory impact as a way to influence decisions made by the state."

At the meeting, Gulnaz Ismagilova, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, made a presentation on "Regulatory impact assessment: discussing, developing, implementing". In her speech, she stressed that the participation of representatives of the business community in public consultations as part of the regulatory impact assessment allows not only to take into account the interests of the business community, but also to improve the rule-making procedure and, most importantly, to increase the trust of citizens and businesses in the government.

During the meeting, in the format of a dialogue, questions were discussed about how the opinion of an entrepreneur, sent to the developer of a regulatory legal act during public consultations, can influence decisions made by the state, how the results of interaction with the business community are evaluated as part of the regulatory impact assessment.

During the event, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Gulnaz Ismagilova, First Vice President of OPORa of RUSSIA, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Tatarstan Republican Branch of OPORa of RUSSIA Azat Gazizov and Chairman of the Tatarstan Republican Branch of OPORa of RUSSIA Anton Baklashov discussed promising areas for further cooperation between the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Tatarstan Republican branch of the All-Russian public organization of Small Business and medium-sized enterprises of Opora of Russia during the regulatory impact assessment procedure.
