The Ministry of Economy discussed the positive and negative consequences of the adoption of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan

On May 29, 2024, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Gulnaz Ismagilova held an interdepartmental meeting to discuss the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan "On approval of the boundaries of the zones of protection of the cultural heritage of Yelabuga, the united zones of protection of cultural heritage of Yelabuga, as well as land use regimes and requirements for urban planning regulations within the boundaries of these zones" (hereinafter – the project) as part of the regulatory impact assessment of the project, in order to identify and assess the possible positive and negative consequences of the adoption of the project.

The meeting was attended by Chairman of the Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Protection of Cultural Heritage I. N. Gushchin, Head of the Yelabuga Municipal district R. M. Nuriev, Director General of the Yelabuga State Museum-Reserve G. R. Rudenko, Chief Architect of the project of the Educational and Scientific Laboratory of the Architectural and Restoration School of Heritage Research IDiPI N. N. Khafizova.

The meeting discussed issues on the number of participants in relations (subjects of entrepreneurial and other economic activities) whose interests will be affected by the proposed legal regulation, comments from the expert of the Expert Council on Regulatory Impact Assessment, Director General of the state budgetary cultural institution "Yelabuga State Historical, Architectural and Art Museum-Reserve" G. R. Rudenko, comments and suggestions of the Ministry the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, as the body authorized to assess the regulatory impact. The Head of the Yelabuga municipal district, R. M. Nuriev, also voiced his opinion on the project.

 As a result of the discussion, it was decided that the draft resolution should be finalized.
