For the first time, preferential financial Islamic products were presented at KazanForum
New Islamic financial instruments developed by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan were presented at the stand of Tatarstan at the International Exhibition Russia Halal Expo 2024 within the framework of KazanForum. The products were presented to the forum participants by organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan - the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Regional Leasing Company of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As part of the state support, entrepreneurs will be able to use the following products:
Murabaha 2024 provides for the possibility to purchase equipment and goods in installments on preferential terms in the amount of 300 thousand to 3 million rubles for a period of up to 3 years. At the same time, the cost of the product depends on the industry orientation of the entrepreneur's activity.
According to the Ijara 2024 product, the object of support may be equipment for carrying out production activities on the territory of an industrial park. Support is provided for up to 5 years, in the amount of 1 million to 15 million rubles.
Guarantee support is provided for the Daman product when applying for loan financing. The maximum amount of guarantee for the product is 50 million rubles, the amount of guarantee is up to 50% of the loan amount.
As part of the Islamic leasing of Ijara, commercial vehicles and special equipment can be leased according to the norms of Islam. The amount of financing ranges from 1 million to 15 million rubles.
These preferential products for small and medium-sized businesses, which are not inferior in cost to classic analogues, were developed as part of the implementation of an experiment on partner (Islamic) financing and approved by the Council of Ulema of The Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In addition to the products of the Ministry of Economy, at the stand of Tatarstan, the forum participants could get acquainted with the services of other organizations working in the field of partner financing.
