A graduate of the Presidential Program from Tatarstan became a prize-winner in the All-Russian competition "Manager of the Year"
On February 27, 2024, as part of the Entrepreneur's Day at VDNKh, the results of the All-Russian competition "Manager of the Year" among graduates of the Presidential Management Training Program for the Organization of the National Economy of the Russian Federation in 2024 were summed up. Timur Ulmaskulov, a graduate from Tatarstan, became the winner of the competition and took the honorable third place in the nomination "Business Project".
Timur Ulmaskulov's project "Waste to Income" is dedicated to waste disposal in the Republic of Tatarstan and is aimed at monetization of waste and efficient use of secondary resources of the enterprise.
In total, more than 60 projects were submitted to the All-Russian Manager of the Year competition in two categories - "Business Project" and "Non-commercial (Social) project", 13 projects were admitted.
The Presidential Management Training Program has been implemented in the country since 1998. To date, 62 regions of Russia are participating in it. Since the beginning of the Program, more than 2,600 managers have been trained in Tatarstan. Within the framework of the Program, senior and middle managers, as well as business owners, study at leading Russian universities on the terms of co-financing from the state budget. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan is the curator of this educational program.
