The Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan reviewed and approved 8 projects

8 projects were approved today at a meeting of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was held by the Head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The first project to be considered was the construction of a sports and shooting complex in Almetyevsk. The sports and shooting complex will include an administrative and educational block and a shooting range (gallery). The project is aimed at developing the socio-cultural infrastructure of the municipality, aimed at providing citizens with new sports opportunities and improving the quality of life. The project was approved by the members of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Another approved project is the production of modular wastewater treatment plants and underground reservoirs from PLASTIKAM LLC. Plastic products are planned to be produced by rotary molding, this technology allows the production of products of exceptional strength. There is also a market for products – these are enterprises in the construction industry, enterprises in the oil and gas industry, and utilities. Production will be localized in Naberezhnye Chelny.

The members of the Council also approved a project to create a hotel complex and a sports club with a thermal complex in Naberezhnye Chelny (Tabeev embankment). The company LLC "Kleversport-Hotel" has already implemented several such projects in other cities. The project includes a fitness club, a spa area, a cafe, and a complex of indoor thermal zones.

The members of the Council also approved the allocation of a land plot for the construction of a sports club in Naberezhnye Chelny by the company My Station LLC. The project involves the construction of a quick access sports club using small spaces and the arrangement of a street area for sports.

Next, the allocation of land plots for two investment projects from Specialized Developer Zelenaya Dolina LLC was considered. These are projects for the construction of SPA and sports complexes as part of the residential neighborhood "Green Valley" on the territory of the Zelenodolsk municipal district.

Moy Sport JSC presented a project for the creation, functioning, operation and technical support of an automated information system "Digital information system for accounting for sports achievements of the Republic of Tatarstan". The authors of the project noted the relevance of the information system in sports societies. The project was approved.

Further, the project of organizing a multifunctional hotel complex "Object 764" on the territory of the Verkhneuslonsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan was reviewed and approved. The project was presented by LLC "PKF Agro". A similar hotel complex has already been built and is operating in Zelenodolsk district ("Object 784"). Such complexes have proven themselves well and are designed for drivers servicing road cargo transportation, including transportation of oversized cargo. The new complex in Verkhneuslonsky district will include a hotel complex, a cafe, a shop, etc. It is planned to start construction in 2024 and put into operation in 2026.

At the end of the meeting, the investment project "Construction of a gas station complex" on the territory of the Verkhneuslonsky municipal district was considered. RIAZ LLC plans to build a gas station on the Kazan – Buinsk - Ulyanovsk highway. The company has been present in the petroleum products market since 1998 and has extensive experience. This project has also been approved.

Let us recall that the Investment Council allows for the interaction of public authorities and investors. Investors can submit their projects to the Council for consideration and get approval for their implementation or a land plot for the project without bidding. The Investment Council is one of the elements of the Regional Investment Standard. In the Republic of Tatarstan, the implementation of the investment standard began in 2021 among the pilot regions. This year, compliance with the Standard of Investment Project Support in the region has been confirmed by business associations.
