Industrial parks with a load below 70% will be helped to create infrastructure

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the selection of industrial parks in 2023 for the creation, modernization and reconstruction of engineering, energy and road infrastructure facilities located on the territory or adjacent territory of industrial parks, as well as for technological connection to engineering networks. 

State support is available for industrial parks with no more than 70% occupancy and located in municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. Management companies of industrial parks wishing to participate in the implementation of the program must have a valid certificate of accreditation from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan; current and potential residents.  

Creation, modernization and (or) reconstruction is carried out in the form of capital investments in objects of industrial parks of state and/or municipal property located in municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan (the land plot on which work is supposed to be carried out is in state and/or municipal ownership).
