Tatarstan business received 1.5 billion rubles of preferential financial support under the national SME project

The Entrepreneurship Support Fund summed up the results of the work over the past year. Preferential financing remains the most popular and in-demand product among entrepreneurs of the republic, the volume of which in 2022 exceeded the indicators of 2021 by half a billion rubles and amounted to 1.5 billion rubles.

Last year, the Fund supported entrepreneurship in several areas:

— preferential financing;

— comprehensive services for entrepreneurs affecting Russian and foreign markets;

— training programs on relevant and in-demand business areas.

The Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan provided 777 microloans to businessmen of the Republic in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles on preferential terms with a rate from 0.1 to 5.5% for up to 3 years. Microloans of up to 5 million rubles with the possibility of prolongation of the contract in case of conscription due to partial mobilization cover all areas of entrepreneurial activity – social entrepreneurs, exporters, self-employed, farmers, manufacturing enterprises and others.

Over the past year, the My Business Center of the Found has provided more than 44 thousand services to entrepreneurs and the self-employed of Tatarstan. This is a record figure, which was achieved thanks to the formation of a package of free services relevant to the needs of the republic's business. In Tatarstan, entrepreneurs are provided with services to assist in the promotion and development of products, goods or services, the development of business plans, online promotion, training to work on electronic trading platforms and in social networks, master classes, including for the self-employed, participation in various acceleration programs, fairs for the sale of products, exhibitions in Russia and abroad, etc. 

Tatarstan is a leader in the number of services received by entrepreneurs on the SME.RF Digital platform. More than 13 thousand applications for services were received from entrepreneurs and self-employed of the republic in electronic form through the Digital platform SME.RF. 

The Export Support Center provided services related to access to foreign markets to about 570 enterprises. Entrepreneurs of the republic focused their proposals on friendly countries of the Middle East and Southeast Asia. 62 Tatarstan enterprises presented their products at 30 international exhibitions with state support.

In 2022, fairs of products and services of the self-employed were held throughout the republic. 1.3 thousand self-employed residents of the republic took part in them. The support provided free provision of an equipped trading place. In total, self-employed residents of Tatarstan have sold their products for 30 million rubles at fairs this year.

To improve the quality of information support for business in Tatarstan, an NPS system (feedback collection system) has been introduced, which allows one to adjust the composition and quality of services provided depending on the needs of entrepreneurs themselves. Already today, based on business appeals, the list of educational programs has been updated and personalized. We are talking about training events for young and social entrepreneurs, women's entrepreneurship, as well as the sale of products on marketplaces.  In 2022, 50 training events were held, in which more than 15 thousand people took part.
