The Ministry of Economy invites entrepreneurs to a free sales master class

On October 27, an educational master class on a complex of marketing, management measures and working price arguments will be held in Kazan. Training "How to raise prices and keep the customer?" is organized by the My Business Center of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

The training will be conducted by a well-known business coach, catalyst and system architect of business development, author, speaker and consultant Boris Zhalilo. During the training, he will share proven techniques for B2B, B2C and B2B2C business models.

The program of the master class includes marketing tools for raising the price of the service without losing the customer, pricing strategies for working with the client base, options for temporary promotions and cost-effective discount incentives, methods for training staff (managers) to increase prices, analysis of client situations, ways to overcome conflicts, working sales techniques for raising prices, a workshop on working out responses to price objections and customer postponement. 

The event is held with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative".
