Midhat Shagiakhmetov took part in parliamentary hearings on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2022 and for the planning period of 2023 and 2024"
On October 11-15 of this year, the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan held parliamentary hearings and meetings of committees on relevant areas, within which the forecast of socio-economic development of the republic for 2022-2024 and the draft budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2022 and the planning period 2023-2024 were discussed.
The events with the participation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin, Deputy Chairmen of the State Council Yuri Kamaltynov, Marat Akhmetov, members of Parliament, heads of relevant ministries and departments, were attended by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov.
The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the current trends and parameters of the forecast of socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2022-2024. When preparing the forecast of the republic in accordance with the established procedure, the scenario conditions recommended by the Government of the country for the regions for the development of the Russian economy are taken into account.
The forecast indicators of the socio-economic development of the republic are formed in view of the data of enterprises and organizations, line ministries, forecasts of the development of municipalities, as well as the implementation of measures to achieve the national development goals of the country for the period up to 2024 and for the planning period up to 2030.
At the same time, the uncertainty of the development trajectory remains in the global economy, which is determined by both economic and epidemiological factors.
The growth rate of the gross regional product of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2022-2024 in comparable prices is projected at the level of 103.1-103.6%. The industrial production index is projected to be 103.4-104.0%.
The growth rate of agricultural output in 2022 is projected at 110.7% in comparable prices to the level of the current year, in 2023-2024 according to the sectoral state program – 101.9%.
In the construction complex of the republic in the forecast period, the dynamics of the volume of contract work is expected at the level of 101-101.5%. According to the forecast, it is planned to put into operation more than 8.5 million square meters of housing in 3 years.
The consumer market is projected to maintain a positive trend in the recovery of retail trade turnover, its growth rate will be 102.4-102.5%.
Following the results of the meetings of the parliamentary committees in the relevant areas, the draft law on the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2022 and the planning period of 2023 and 2024 has been prepared for consideration in the first reading at the session of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on October 25 this year.
