Laishevsky district topped the rating of socio-economic development of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan has formed a traditional rating of socio-economic development of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan based on the results of 8 months of 2021

In the overall ranking for January-August, Laishevsky district took the first place, Almetyevsk and Nizhnekamsk districts took the second and third places.

Atninsky municipal district rose by 6 positions at once relative to the positions of the previous month, Bugulminsky district – 5. The positive dynamics of the districts in the rating is due to a decrease in the unemployment rate, an increase in the total area of residential buildings put into operation.

The situation on the labor market in the republic continues to improve: at the end of August this year, the number of registered unemployed decreased to 17.4 thousand people, the unemployment rate - to 0.86%. In 37 municipalities, this indicator is lower than the national average. The lowest unemployment rate was registered in Menzelinsky (0.21%), Aktanyshsky and Buinsky (0.24% each) municipal districts. The largest in Kazan (1.31%), Bavli (1.30%) and Nurlat (1.02%) municipal districts.

Per capita, the volume of shipped products averaged 634.8 thousand rubles in the republic. The highest result among the municipalities of the republic was shown by Almetyevsk district (4063.43 thousand rubles), Nizhnekamsk (1694.17 thousand rubles) and Novosheshminsky (1499.86 thousand rubles) municipal districts.

According to the results of 8 months of 2021, 0.487 square meters of total housing area per capita were commissioned in the Republic of Tatarstan. The largest housing area per capita was commissioned in Pestrechinsky (3.905 square meters), Laishevsky (2.801 square meters), Laishevsky (2.801 square meters) and Vysokogorsky (2.262 square meters) municipal districts.
