The Expert Council reviewed changes in legislation and the development of partnership financing in Russia
On March 6, 2025, the fourth meeting of the Expert Council on conducting an experiment to establish special regulation aimed at creating conditions for partnership financing activities under the Government of the Russian Federation was held.
The agenda included a discussion of the current status of partnership financing development. Central attention was also paid to the draft federal law on amendments to existing legislative acts, as well as the action plan for the development of partner finance in the context of special regulation.
At the end of the meeting, they summed up the results and outlined plans for further work.
The Republic of Tatarstan was represented by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, as well as representatives of the banking sector, clergy and market participants — members of the Expert Council.
The meeting discussed opportunities and challenges in implementing partnership financing initiatives that are important for the development of the Russian economy.
Midkhat Shagiakhmetov stressed the importance of developing standards for partnership financing, including in terms of standardizing investment attraction tools, as well as the need for prompt adoption of amendments to the current Federal Law No. 417-FZ on partnership financing dated 08/04/2023.
