In Tatarstan, entrepreneurs received about half a billion rubles under the national project

Since the beginning of 2021, according to financial measures implemented by the Entrepreneurship Support Fund subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, 274 preferential microloans in the amount of 454.91 million rubles have been issued to the business of the republic.

Programs to attract preferential microfinance remain the most popular among businesses. Microloans operate within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative" and are aimed at supporting new and comprehensive development of already established businesses.

At the same time, the most popular financial instrument is the "Reset" micro-loan: since the beginning of the year, 218 microloans for a total of 412.53 million rubles have been issued. Starting from June 1, the maximum interest rate on this financial product is 5.5% per annum. In addition, preferential conditions are provided for SMEs registered in the territory of a single-industry city in the presence of collateral, at a rate equal to ½ of the key rate of the Bank of Russia established on the date of conclusion of the microloan agreement.

The following microfinance programs are also available for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses: "Exporter" for export-oriented SMEs, "Social Entrepreneur" – for social sector businesses and "Self-employed" to support payers of "Professional Income Tax".

In addition to financial support programs, the Fund provides a wide range of non-financial services for businesses, such as professional development of employees of SMEs, patent search, accounting, promotion, placement on marketplaces, product labeling, certification, trademark registration, participation in fairs and exhibitions, reporting, personnel selection, patent research.

All measures implemented by the Fund are aimed at supporting business at all stages of its development: from the initial idea to expansion and export, which corresponds to the national goals laid down in the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative".
