A delegation of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan visited Mamadyshsky district on a working trip. The management and specialists of the Ministry of Economy, accompanied by the head of the district Anatoly Ivanov, inspected a number of production facilities and held a meeting with the business community of the municipality.
So, the first object was the industrial park "Vyatka", where the members of the delegation got acquainted with the activities of residents, and also took part in the grand opening of a new production of OOO "Mamadysh Glass Company".
The Vyatka Industrial Park is a modern industrial site for the placement of efficient high-tech production facilities in various industries. 5 residents are operating on the territory of the park, taking into account the new production of hardening and tinting glass – Mamadysh Glass Company.
The launched production will become the second plant in Tatarstan, working on Chinese technologies. In addition to hardening, the plant will also tint windows and produce double-glazed windows. The company will employ 10 people, in the future it is planned to increase the staff to 15 employees. Raw materials for the production of goods are purchased in Tatarstan, the finished products are planned to be sold within the republic and to neighboring regions– Bashkiria, Mari El and Chuvashia.
In addition, the park operates the production of plastic products used in the construction of private entrepreneur Akhmetshin R. R., the production of additives for farm animal feed OOO "EXPEDITION", another resident of the park is OOO "TIS"– a manufacturer of mirrors for such auto giants as PAO "KAMAZ", OOO "AZ" GAZ", OOO "AZ" Ural", VOLVO, also the resident company OOO "Yasat Trade" is engaged in the supply of plates, products made of natural marble and granite, carries out installation and cladding work. In total, residents have created about 60 jobs.
Specialists of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a consultation for company managers on a new package of support measures developed for residents and management companies of industrial parks in order to increase the efficiency of infrastructure sites and equalize competitive opportunities between parks located in rural areas and large cities. It was also noted that applications for participation in the support program are being accepted starting from July 5, 2021.
After that, the members of the delegation went to inspect the budget-forming enterprise of the Mamadyshsky district, OOO "Azbuka Syra". Today it is the largest producer of hard, semi-hard and processed cheese, as well as butter and whey powder in Russia. Raw materials are supplied to the plant from all corners of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Kirov region, and Udmurtia. Finished products are sold within the republic and throughout the country.
For five months of this year, the revenue from the sale of products amounted to 2.4 billion rubles. The increase by 2020 is 90%, this is due to a decrease in the supply of raw materials (milk) from other regions. The company has created more than 370 jobs. This year, the modernization of production is being completed, which will increase the capacity of the milk acceptance plant to 500 tons per day.
The next enterprise, which the representatives of the delegation got acquainted with, was OOO "Aif Group". The company is engaged in the production of profiles by cold stamping or bending. Finished products are sold in Tatarstan and throughout Russia. 16 people are employed in the production. The company's management is concerned about the rise in metal prices. Experts of the Ministry of Economy explained that at the federal level, the Government of the Russian Federation signed Decree No. 988 of June 25, 2021, according to which, in order to curb the growth of prices for metal products on the domestic market, export duties on ferrous and non-ferrous metals are introduced in Russia from August 1 to December 31, 2021. The introduction of duties will help mitigate the impact of external conditions on the domestic market, adjust prices for metals and metal products.
The next item in the program of the delegation was the enterprise of the agro-industrial complex OOO "Agro-industrial Complex Food Program". The company is engaged in the breeding of dairy cattle and the production of raw milk. The total number of cattle is more than 14 thousand heads. The heifers give more than 97 tons of milk per day, and the average daily milk yield per 1 cow reaches 28.8 kg. The production employs about 650 people.
After the inspection of industrial and agricultural enterprises, representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan met with the heads of organizations and the business community of the municipality. At the meeting, the programs of support for business entities were considered in detail.
