The practice of Tatarstan to reduce administrative pressure on business is replicated in the Crimea and the Stavropol Territory

4 June 2021, Friday

Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov signed agreements on replication of the republic's practice on prevention of violations of the control and supervisory requirements of "Proven Business" with two regions at once. The signing with the Republic of Crimea and the Stavropol Territory took place at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum and allowed us to expand the geography of implementation of the practice to 7 regions of the country.

Previously, the portal "Proven Business", created with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, became a finalist of the forum "Strong Ideas for a New Time", organized by the ASI and the Roscongress Foundation, where it was highly appreciated by the country's leadership.

"Proven Business" portal provides an extensive knowledge base, using which entrepreneurs can independently verify the compliance of their activities with supervisory requirements. The functionality of the portal also allows you to identify systemic problems in the interaction of business and inspection agencies and quickly eliminate them. Such an integrated approach significantly reduces the pressure on business," the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov said.

Let us recall that the key task of the project is to reduce administrative pressure on small businesses, prevent violations of the requirements of regulatory authorities and promote self-employment. The project provides an opportunity to receive free information and advice on the current legal framework in the field of entrepreneurship and supervisory requirements, including expert explanations and instructions in these areas.

"The signed agreement with the Republic of Tatarstan on cooperation between the subjects of the Russian Federation will allow us to learn from the experience of implementing one of the best practices of sustainable development of the Smarteca platform, and will also help create a favorable business climate for Crimean entrepreneurs," said Dmitry Sheryako, the Crimean signatory, Minister of Economic Development.

He also stressed that the application of the practice will ensure the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of Crimean entrepreneurs.

Minister of Economic Development of the Stavropol Territory Sergey Krynin noted that for the stable socio-economic growth of the region, it is very important to build trust between the inspection authorities and entrepreneurs: "For this, it is necessary to create a transparent and understandable system for entrepreneurs in the control and supervisory sphere, including through the use of digital technologies. In this case, we see the participation of the Stavropol Territory in the "Proven Business" project, which implies the creation of a number of electronic services for entrepreneurs, as an effective tool," he concluded.

The "Proven Business" has already been replicated in 5 regions of the Russian Federation: the Republic of Mordovia, the Khabarovsk Territory, the Belgorod, Novgorod and Orenburg Regions. More than 5 thousand businessmen from all over the country are registered on the service platform.
