The best municipal strategies in the Russian Federation have been implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan for the second year!

This has been confirmed by the outcome of the contests held today within scope of the 16th Forum of strategists in St. Petersburg. 

The victory was shared between the Chistopol Region of the Republic of Tatarstan and the town of Kotovsk of the Tambov Region within scope of viewers' voting. 

The city of Kazan reached the final of the city strategy contest together with the cities of Tomsk, Volgograd and Perm. The subjects will continue their fighting on the platform of Yekaterinburg in November of this year.

In addition, 16 discussions, dedicated to the topic of strategic planning, as well as the plenary meeting, on which the agenda of for the two-day event was announced, were held.
