On November 20, 2013 in Moscow meeting of the working group of the State Council of the Russian Federation and the Commission at the President of the Russian Federation on monitoring of achievement of target indicators of social and economic development of the Russian Federation, defined by the President of the Russian Federation in the Labour productivity direction took place. From the Republic of Tatarstan in meeting took part the First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Siraziyeva.

On November 20, 2013 at meeting of Advisory council in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan the bill of the Republic of Tatarstan "About modification of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About the approval of the Program of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011-2015" was considered. The bill is prepared for the purpose of improvement of the institutional environment for ensuring further economic development of the republic and mentions all institutional factors in which section the Program of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011-2015 is developed. The bill included 26 new actions which it is planned to realize in 2014-2015. These actions are focused on the solution of problems of the system character which is important for all sectors of economy and the social sphere.

On November 20, 2013 in Kazan meeting of the Russian-Turkish forum of the public took place. The forum is founded according to the solution of the first meeting of Council of cooperation of the highest level of Russia and Turkey on the order of the President of the Russian Federation and the Prime minister of the Republic of Turkey. The forum is some kind of platform for discussion of new ways and forms of cooperation and recommendations about strengthening of the Russian-Turkish relations, including – between civil societies of two countries. Meeting which opened today in Kazan, – the first within work of the Russian-Turkish forum of the public from the moment of its creation. Main objectives of action – development of the public relations and mutual understanding between two countries in spheres of culture and art, science and education, mass media, business connections, tourism, interreligious dialogue, the right and other areas.

Subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the export support Center of the Republic of Tatarstan carries out order taking from businessmen on participation in exhibition and fair actions, and also business missions abroad for 2014. As shows experiment, the unique format of exhibition space creates qualitatively new opportunities for advance of own products that, eventually, allows the enterprises to enter the new markets, to raise a demand of own production and it is essential to increase turns of sales. On November 17, 2013 on TNV — Tatarstan TV channel there was the next release of a weekly information broadcast "Business of Tatarstan". In the program: the last in the current year meeting of a contest committee on consideration of demands of businessmen on receiving the state support on LIZING-GRANT action; first resident of the Industrial park "Chistopol", new production and ambitious plans of an industrial platform; the deputy minister Artyom Zdunov and the director general told State Unitary Enterprise Agency by RT State Order about activities of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for protection of the competition and interests of small and medium business subordinated to the ministry Yakov Geller, to businessmen will facilitate access to the state order. On November 21, 2013 at 16.00 consideration of demands on granting subsidies for compensation of expenses of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan on receiving the educational services connected with preparation, retraining and professional development, and also development of enterprise literacy and enterprise competences will take place.

On November 28-29, 2013 on a platform of Hotel shopping mall "Korston-Kazan" the Public forum "The Euroasian economic integration will take place: achievements and problems". The forum is organized by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and Federal agency "Rossotrudnichestvo" on an initiative of "The Euroasian dialogue" at the Russian parliamentary European club. In preparation and holding the Forum direct part is taken by the Russian and foreign public organizations, including, Confederation of public forces for the European integration, the Euroasian business council at Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, etc.

On November 8, 2013 the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation No. 1005 "About bank the guarantee, used for the Federal law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" is accepted. The specified document is included in the list of the regulations which acceptance is necessary for implementation of the Federal law of 05.04.2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs".

On November 14 and 15, 2013 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan meetings of a contest committee on consideration of demands of businessmen on receiving the state support on action "Development of leasing of the equipment took place: subsidizing of expenses of subjects of small and average business on payment of the first contribution (advance payment) under the contract of leasing of the equipment (LIZING-GRANT)". This stage of the program became the eighth and final in the current year. The fund of the program for action "Leasing grant" for 2013 was provided of 585,9 million rubles.

In the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan passed meeting of organizing committee on preparation and holding the II Republican forum of socially focused non-profit organizations in which the member of the organizing committee, the First Deputy Minister of Economyof the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Siraziyeva participated. According to the decision of organizing committee on preparation and holding the II Republican forum of socially focused non-profit organizations date of holding this Forum is postponed since November 21, 2013 to December 2, 2013. The II Republican forum of socially focused non-profit organizations there will pass in a hotel trade entertainment complex "Korston – Kazan".
