The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan declares carrying out the next stage of competition on selection of demands for granting subsidies for compensation of expenses of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan on receiving the educational services connected with preparation, retraining and professional development, and also development of enterprise literacy and enterprise competences. Order taking for participation in Competitive selection is carried out by the Center of business support of the Republic of Tatarstan and its representations from November 27, 2013 to December 11, 2013 in the working days from 9.00 till 18.00 Moscow time, to the address: Kazan, Moskovskaya St., 55, каб.125 and to addresses of finding of representations of the Center of business support.

On November 21, 2013 meeting of the Contest committee on selection of demands for granting subsidies for compensation of expenses of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan on receiving the educational services connected with preparation, retraining and professional development, and also development of enterprise literacy and enterprise competences within 4 stages of competitive selection according to the Subsidies for Education program took place. By results of competitive selection from 26 competitive demands which have arrived during the period from 14.10.2013 till 11.11.2013, 11 demands for total amount of 1544,1 thousand rubles are approved. In December, 2013 period of validity of contracts on granting subsidies for implementation of business projects within action "Social business" comes to the end. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds of need of delivery of the periodic and total reporting under results of implementation of the projects supported in 2012. The list of the businessmen who haven't submitted the reporting about a target application of funds of subsidies, is published on the website of the Ministry of Econoy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan passed meeting on a question of prospects of further development of the Centers of Youth Innovative Creativity (CYIC). The project manager in Tatarstan Nikolay Nasonov reported about results of activity of CYIC in 10 months of work. Today in the republic it is opened 10 centers which from the moment of opening visited more than 5000 children. During implementation of various projects as a part of group, and independently pupils of the centers learn bases of digital technologies of prototyping and business elements.

Within implementation of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2012 No. 601 "About the main directions of improvement of system of public administration" the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in Ufa carries out on December 6, 2013 a round table concerning development of institute of an assessment of regulating influence in the Volga federal district. From the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the deputy minister of economy Ayrat Shamsiyev will take part in carrying out a round table.

Vneshekonombank declared the beginning  of taking order  for participation in Competition on award for a contribution to socially economic development of Russia "A development award – 2014". Competition is held on the following nominations: - the best infrastructure project; - the best project in industries; - the best project on complex development of territories; - the best project of the subject of small and average business. Applications for participation in Competition are accepted from November 1, 2013 to January 31, 2014.

In the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan work on the conclusion of agreements with winners of competition of socially focused non-profit organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan on the right of receiving in 2013 of subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan is continued. According to point 4.2. agreements on granting a subsidy from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan on the state support of socially focused Ministry of Economy non-profit organizations within 15 working days from the date of signing lists a subsidy for the settlement account of the recipient. Work on the conclusion of agreements it is planned to finish in the first decade of December of the current year.

The order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2128-r approved of 18.11.2013 distribution of the subsidies provided in 2013 from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on implementation of programs of development of pilot innovative territorial clusters. The Republic of Tatarstan on realization of actions of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster in 2013 from the federal budget will receive subsidies of 213,153 million rubles.

On November 20, 2013 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting on a question of an order of maintaining by local governments the pokhozyaystvennykh of books in electronic form is held. Representatives of Territorial body of Federal State Statistics Service in the Republic of Tatarstan, civil registration Managements took part in meeting at the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC BARS group. For updating of the data containing in the pokhozyaystvennykh books possibility of use of Regional system of interdepartmental electronic interaction was discussed.

Within preparation for transition to purchasing activity according to requirements of the Federal law of 05.04.2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the All-Russian public organization "Guild of Domestic Experts in the State and Municipal Orders" and the All-Russian educational portal "The state order alphabet" will organize carrying out the All-Russian conference "Transition to contract system in the sphere of purchases.
