The protocol of competitive selection on subsidizing of development and deployment of innovative production is published

On November 29, 2013 in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan consideration of demands according to the program of granting subsidies to subjects of the small and average business which is carrying out development and deployment of innovative production took place. According to electronic system of submission of demands in competitive selection forty four competitive demands which were accepted to consideration were registered. Following the results of competitive selection by members of the commission five participants to whom will were defined subsidies for total amount of 11,463 million rubles are provided. The amendments in establishment of responsibility for violation of the legislation on goods, works, services purchasing by separate types of legal entities part will be made in the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation

In the middle of November, 2013 at the Council meeting of the State 6th Duma of Federal Assembly of Russian Federation was made a decision of renewing the national law “About amending the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation” taking into consideration offers and remarks of the draft. (The changes to the extent responsibility for violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation about purchases of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities).
A number of resolutions are accepted by the Government of the Russian Federation according to the project plan of the Federal law from 05.04.2013 No. 44-FL "About contract system in the goods, works, state purchases sphere and municipal needs providing services".

Rustam Minnikhanov: “Non-profit organizations are a serious partner of the state”

On December 2, speaking at a plenary session of II regional forum of socially oriented non-profit organizations in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that such organizations are a serious partner of the state in solving regional tasks.

More than 1000 people took part in II regional forum, including representatives of non-profit organizations from all Tatarstan municipalities, social councils of regional ministries, agencies and municipalities, experts and representatives of federal agencies.

Issues of cooperation between socially-oriented non-profit organizations, government and local authorities, participation of non-profit organizations in social-economic development of regional municipalities, and holding of an exhibition of the best socially-oriented projects were discussed within the framework of the forum.

Economic situation in Tatarstan discussed at Tatarstan Government House

On December 2 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting on main trends of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Participants of the meeting discussed current economic situation in Tatarstan and measures necessary for its development.

Opening the event, Rustam Minnikhanov noted the slowdown in global and regional economies, in particular, in the sphere of retail trade, agricultural industry, and GRP.

Tatarstan Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov reported on current economic situation in the republic. He informed that for 10 months of 2013 the increase in GRP made 2.3 per cent against last year’s 5.7 per cent for the same period. He noted that Tatarstan positions among other Russian regions are going down, especially in industry.

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan officer Maxim Butov got second place among state officials in the part of the republican contest "Solo"

From November 1st till December 15th, 2013 there were held the republican "SOLO" "blind" ten-manual typing method contest in The Republic of Tatarstan.

The contest is held for citizens to master the skills of the modern computer technologies use which promote the general development, social adaptation, increase the pro-active attitude. It is also increases the interest of citizens to studying and development of “blind” typing skill on the keyboard.

The contest organizers are the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of informational support and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan and The Union of journalists of the Republic of Tatarstan declare about the start of the IV Republican contest of journalistic works and media projects on development of small and medium businesses in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Journalistic works and media projects in printing, electronic, radio and television mass media sources of all forms of ownership in the Tatar and Russian languages are accepted to the contest. Besides presentation of development of small and medium businesses, there should be reflected the positive examples of infrastructure development and other forms of businessmen support in publication.
The time and a venue of ceremony will be further reported.

Russian Ministry of Economic Development discussed the results of the public services quality monitoring with the regions

On November 29, 2013 the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia held a seminar with the regions on the discussion of the quality of public services monitoring results. The seminar was attended by the Head of public services departament of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Gulfia Nigmetzyanova. To ensure the quality and accessibility of mass and socially important public services to citizens Ministry conducts annual monitoring of the quality and accessibility of public services. The main purpose of monitoring is systematic identification of the most problematic areas of the provision of public and municipal services, as well as tracking the dynamics of the main indicators of the most abundant provision of services.

Offer for customers and members of the public to pass a survey on the subject of public procurement

Research University "Higher School of Economics" in the methodological support of the pilot project on the testing of the Federal Law № 44-FZ "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs" certain provisions, is conducting a survey of customers and members of the public to identify views on the public discussion of procurement. As part of the public forum "Eurasian Economic Integration: Achievements and Challenges" was held the sectional discussion "The market of intellectual property and the Eurasian Economic Community"

On November 29, 2013 as part of the public forum "Eurasian Economic Integration: Achievements and Challenges" was held the sectional discussion "The market of intellectual property and the Eurasian Economic Community", which was attended by representatives of the expert community of the Republic of Tatarstan and the CIS countries. The main topic of the discussion was the issue of long-term target program "Development of the intellectual property in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013-2020 ." Discussion was moderated by Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Zdunov. In his speech, he voiced the main lines of the program and asked all heads of enterprises, research institutions and universities to actively involve in the development of intellectual property in the country.
