Offer for customers and members of the public to pass a survey on the subject of public procurement

Research University "Higher School of Economics" in the methodological support of the pilot project on the testing of the Federal Law № 44-FZ "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs" certain provisions, is conducting a survey of customers and members of the public to identify views on the public discussion of procurement.
