On December 24, 2013 with in a big Conference room Grand hotel Kazan there took place Republican conference "Power and business interaction: new possibilities of increase of business activity in the municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan". Conference was held for the purpose of elaboration of program actions and new approaches to development of small and medium business during the forthcoming three-year period. It should be noted a unique format of conference. So, the project was submitted for discussion of participants "A road map of development of small and average business for 2014-2016", i.e. actually long-term plan of development of branch.

For implementation of Art. 38 of the Federal law of 05.04.2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for the state and municipal needs" the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation No. 631 approved of 29.10.2013 the Standard provision (regulations) on contract service. The federal law No. 44-FZ orders to the state and municipal customers with an annual capacity of purchases more than 100 million rubles the organization of special contract service. Customers with smaller volumes of purchases can be limited to appointment of one contract managing director. The contract service is created for ensuring planning and implementation by the state or municipal customer or the budgetary establishment of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state or municipal needs.

In December 23, 2013 I submitted to the Russian Federation to the WTO the claim against the European Union, demanding to stop use of power adjustments when carrying out anti-dumping investigations concerning the Russian companies. This technique assumes calculation of cost of goods proceeding from European, instead of the Russian prices of energy resources. Till 2002 of EU at application of anti-dumping measures against the Russian goods I didn't consider the price of sales of the Russian producers in domestic market as considered Russia "as the country with non-market economy". EU defined the dumping fact on the basis of comparison of the Russian export prices with the prices of sales in domestic market in the third countries. In 2002 of EU I recognized beyond Russia the country status with market economy, but I continued to apply "unfair approach when determining dumping".

The prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan approved the plan of carrying out by the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan of checks of activity of legal entities on preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals for 2014. We pay attention of businessmen that information specified in the plan as on structure checked, and within a year isn't subject to date of carrying out check, change. The plan is published on the ministry website.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with State Budgetary Institution The Center of Economic and Social Researches of the Republic of Tatarstan at the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan made changes to standard administrative regulations of providing municipal services regarding updating of standard and legal base, the standard of providing municipal service, possibility of providing service through the multipurpose centers, etc. (to examine). We ask to make corresponding changes to administrative regulations of granting municipal services earlier approved in areas.

The leadership of the Islamic Republic of Iran pays special attention to development of trade and economic cooperation with Russia. The main goods of the Russian export to Iran are iron-wares, pipes, aluminum raw, production of agro-industrial complex, grain, sunflower oil, wood, coal coke and other mineral fuel, paper and cardboard production, electrotechnical and machine-technical production, etc. For assistance to adjustment of mutually beneficial cooperation between Russia and Iran, subordinated to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the Center of support of export of the Republic of Tatarstan plans to participate in constantly operating exhibition of exporters of Russia and CIS countries in Tehran (Iran).

On December 19, 2013 in Moscow with participation of the secretary of state – the deputy minister of economic development Oleg Fomichev and the director of the department of an assessment of regulating influence Vadim Zhivulin there took place meeting of Presidium of Board of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation where questions of participation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the assessment of regulating influence (ARI) were considered. In the performance Oleg Fomichev presented the main results of work on an assessment of regulating influence, told about development plans of ORV and the general concept of improvement of system of lawmaking. Representatives of a business environment expressed the opinion on procedural features of an assessment of regulating influence, asked interesting their questions.

On December 24, 2013 at 9.30 in the Big Conference hall of Grand hotel Kazan there begins the work Republican Conference "Power and business interaction: new possibilities of increase of business activity in the municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan". Conference is held for the purpose of elaboration of the program actions, developments of MSB setting a new vector during the forthcoming period. Discussion of the Project of the Road Map of development of business is planned for 2014-2016. In what novelty of a course or a vector of development of business consists? First, expansion of powers of municipalities in business development is offered. Secondly, cardinal increase of a role business of community, Public/coordination Councils of businessmen in management of development of small and medium business. More active participation in planning, monitoring, assessment of all Programs connected with development of business is necessary to councils.

On December 23, 2013 summing up republican competition "The businessman of year took place: Gold one hundred – 2013". Competition is for the first time held in the republic and is recognized to note "Gold one hundred" – 100 best businessmen of the Republic of Tatarstan in the left year. In this one hundred there is no first and last place. Each of businessmen – is unique in own way, in the branch, in the economic ecosystem. Competition estimates enterprise talent and a contribution of the businessman to development of the sphere of business, to development of the branch, economy as a whole. Winners of "Gold one hundred" are the best conductors of idea of business, idea of small and medium business.

The resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 1012 approved of 20.12.2013 a state program of the Republic of Tatarstan "Development of transport system of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2020". The program purpose – ensuring further development of a transport complex and creation of modern infocommunication transport infrastructure for satisfaction of requirements of economy and advancing development of public infrastructure in the Republic of Tatarstan.
