From February 19 to February 21 in Naberezhnye Chelny passed the ninth " Kamsky industrial forum — 2014". Within a forum specialized exhibitions took place. The business support  center of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in an exhibition "Mechanical engineering. Metal working. Metallurgy. Welding. Machine-tool construction. Woodworking. Oil. Gas. Chemistry. Ecology. Power of Zakamye-2014" for the purpose of promoting of business and informing on programs of the state support of businessmen. At exhibitions the production was presented by more than 70 enterprises and the organizations from 16 regions of the Russian Federation and the countries of the near and far abroad.

Last week the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of the business support department  Rustem Sibgatullin visited the Bavly and Aznakayevsk municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan and took part in meeting of a representative body of the Aznakayevsky municipal area, devoted to results of social and economic development in 2013 and to tasks for 2014. Participants of meeting visited an exhibition of businessmen to Bavly and examined conditions and an operating procedure of the Multipurpose center of providing the state and municipal services of the Aznakayevsky municipal area. Also Rustem Sibgatullin visited IT Park and Aznakayevo's Industrial park.

Subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the Center of business support together with JSC Promsvyazbank looks for the young businessmen who have already proved in business for consideration of possibility of providing financial support from means of venture fund of bank. The fund will help to start new projects and to rise by qualitatively new level. The center of support of business of the Republic of Tatarstan signed the contract on cooperation with JSC Promsvyazbank. Within cooperation the most interesting business projects from means of venture fund of bank — the mechanism of investment intended for financing of new, growing or fighting for a place in the market of the enterprises and firms startups will be selected and financed. The venture fund JSC Promsvyazbank is a joint project of bank from the All-Russian public organization of small and average business "Support of Russia" for support young businessmen.

From February 27 to March 1, 2014 in the territory of the Exhibition center "Kazan Fair" the XIX Forum "Safety and communication" which is a prospective business site in the Republic of Tatarstan on introduction of development and the equipment in various areas of health and safety will take place. In the current year within this forum three specialized exhibitions are held: "Safety", "Communication", "Protection and safety of work". These specialized exhibitions are held on purpose: - demonstrations of new technical capabilities in safety of traffic, industrial, fire, ecological, medical, information, personal and property security, in the field of communication, telecommunication and information technologies; - assistance in a choice of the most perspective monitoring systems, protection and protection; - assistance in establishment of business contacts between producers of the equipment, goods, services and consumers of their production.

On February 21, 2014 in Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan passed public consultations according to the draft of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan "About modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 09.04.2010 No. 251 "About measures for competition development in the sphere of management of apartment houses", developed by the State housing inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Commonwealth of the organizations of managing directors took part in discussion of the draft of the regulatory legal act apartment houses, chairmen of associations of owners of housing, specialists of the State housing inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of architecture, construction and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Visit of leading European innovative clusters by delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan organized by Association of innovative regions of Russia came to the end. As a part of delegation: the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sharifullin and representatives of the key enterprises of the Kamsky innovative and territorial production cluster – JSC Tatneft, JSC KAMAZ and others. During a trip the delegation visited leading European innovative clusters of France, Germany and the Netherlands, in particular, plant of engines of the Renault company of Traks (Lyon), the machine-tool constructing company "Mikromat", the Center of composite materials (Dresden), the DSM company and others.

On February 21, 2014 in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation the meeting on questions of work of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (MPS) with participation of representatives more than 60 subjects of the Russian Federation took place. The meeting passed under the chairmanship of the Director of the department of state regulation in economy of the Ministry of Economic Development Alexey Hersontsev. The head of department concerning administrative reform of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Albina Gergert and the director of Authorized MPS of the Republic of Tatarstan Natalya Barkova took part in meeting. During meeting questions of monitoring of performance of the indicators established by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 601 regarding ensuring expectation in turn for receiving services in MPS no more than 15 minutes are discussed; financings of activity of MPS; further development of system of MPS (regarding rendering services in life situations) MPS informatizations.

From February 11 to February 19, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan training programs for the civil and municipal servants on work with a subsystem of forecasting of information and analytical system "Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan" are carried out. About 130 specialists of public authorities and the local governments of the Republic of Tatarstan which are taking part in development of forecasts of social and economic development were trained. Soon holding educational seminars for heads of executive authorities and local governments on work with functionality of information and analytical system "Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan" is planned.

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation makes competitive selection of subjects of the Russian Federation for granting subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on implementation of programs of support of socially focused non-profit organizations. The decision on carrying out competition for receiving joint financing of programs of support of socially focused non-profit organizations is made by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of 05.02.2014 No. 42. Demands from subjects of the Russian Federation on participation in competitive selection are accepted by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, since 15.02.2014 till 24.02.2014 inclusive
