The center of business support declares a new source of financing of business projects

Subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the Center of business support together with JSC Promsvyazbank looks for the young businessmen who have already proved in business for consideration of possibility of providing financial support from means of venture fund of bank. The fund will help to start new projects and to rise by qualitatively new level. The center of support of business of the Republic of Tatarstan signed the contract on cooperation with JSC Promsvyazbank. Within cooperation the most interesting business projects from means of venture fund of bank — the mechanism of investment intended for financing of new, growing or fighting for a place in the market of the enterprises and firms startups will be selected and financed. The venture fund JSC Promsvyazbank is a joint project of bank from the All-Russian public organization of small and average business "Support of Russia" for support young businessmen.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
