On February 27, 2014 meeting of Advisory council on social and economic development of the republic held at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Advisory council is created in pursuance of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 402 of 18.05.2011 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of 22.04.2011 No. 13-ZRT "About the approval of the Program of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011 - 2015". According to this resolution in the republic the system of monitoring of realization of actions of the Program is created. Thus in case of need an expert assessment reports on execution of actions are taken out on Advisory council.

Experts discussed prospects of the Russian-German economic relations and potential for the German medium business in modernization of the Russian economy. The head of the export support Center subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Vasily Chistyakov took part in the conference devoted to improvement of investment image of Russia in Germany "The growing market, modernization, medium business" which took place on February 21, 2014 in Berlin.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan on February 28, 2014 at 13.00 holds pilot testings of the Automated information system and training of staff of the pilot multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services of the republic, and also representatives of the bodies providing the state and municipal services. Pilot the Aznakayevsky, High-mountain, Zelenodolsky, Mamadyshsky, Mendeleevsky and Nizhnekamsk municipal regions of Tatarstan are defined.

Within preparation of the next meeting of Investment council of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Higher school of management of St. Petersburg State University and RISE Capital fund the seminar devoted to questions of development of state-private partnership in the Republic of Tatarstan is organized. "Experience of implementation of projects of state-private partnership" acted as a leading seminar the associate professor of the public and municipal administration of the Higher school of management of St. Petersburg State University Svetlana Maslova.

In dependences on a development stage (which comes to light analysts of the Development Fund Internet of Initiatives (DFII) in the course of the analysis of the submitted applications) projects can apply for financing from $25 thousand to $9 million DFIIoffers the following programs of investments: • $25 thousand for the account and service of obligatory acceleration worth $20 of thousand dollars of the USA (DFII receives 7% of a share in the project). The three-months program of acceleration allows to find and/or check a business model with active participation of the best experts experts of the Russian market. • The projects which have successfully proved viability of a business model, in one and a half months since the beginning of the akseleratsionny program can already receive the offer from DFII about seed-round financing at the rate to $450 thousand • The projects which have successfully finished the program of an accelerator after 3 months, also can apply for receiving investments of a seed-round at the rate to $450 thousand. • Projects at a stage of Round A can apply for receiving financing from DFII in the amount of $1 to $9 million, passing the acceleration program.

The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 110 of 22.02.2014 approved  a state program "A development of education and sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2020". The Program purpose – quality ensuring education in the Republic of Tatarstan according to changing inquiries of the population and perspective problems of development of society and economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On February 26, 2014 in IT lyceum the round table on a subject "Development of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan . Contribution of future graduates of Kazan University IT lyceum" took place. The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sharifullin, the head of department of forecasting and strategic development of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Pelevin, the head of development of the general education and professional work of Department of pre-university, general and pedagogical education of Kazan University Nadezhda Sulimova, the director of IT lyceum Timerbulat Samerkhanov and pupils of the ninth classes of lyceum took part in a round table. Before a round table it was demonstrated projects of pupils of lyceum, many of which already take root in practice.

Subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the Center of support of export invites is export the focused enterprises to participate in a specialized educational seminar on a subject "Business in the United Arab Emirates: opportunities for the companies of the Republic of Tatarstan" which will take place on February 28, 2014. As the expert of this seminar the managing partner of the INCONA company (United Arab Emirates) Alexey Busev is invited. For participation in a seminar the free is export the focused businessmen.

On February 27, 2014 in Krasnoyarsk with support of the Government of the Russian Federation starts the eleventh Krasnoyarsk economic forum "Russia: new sources of growth" which will last till March 1, 2014. The forthcoming forum is devoted to discussion of strategy of economic growth of Russia defined in program article of the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev "Time of simple decisions passed". Within a forum the wide range of problems and questions, including on contract system and increase of efficiency of government procurements, on development of small and average business, on improvement of investment climate, about state-private partnership and others will be lifted.
