On 23rd June, 2014 Non-profit Organization «Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan» announced about holding open tenders on additional selection of banks for participation on program of guarantees of the Fund. Subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the Center of business support involves in financing of projects not only the state sources, but also means of the banking sector, investment funds and private investors. Since January, 2014 the program for selection of investment projects works. So for the purpose of expansion of a range of opportunities given to businessmen on financing of the Center of Support of Business of the Republic of Tatarstan projects I signed the next cooperation agreement with KVINTESS F&DI holding. Within the agreement the company enters expert structure on selection of investment projects.

The government of the Republic of Tatarstan approved the resolution of June 16, 2014 No. 416 "About carrying out competition of national social projects of municipal areas (city districts) the Republic of Tatarstan". The purpose of competition of national social projects is support of the solution of socially significant questions of local government, improvement of quality of life of the population of the Republic of Tatarstan. Competition consists of three stages. The preliminary stage of competition will be carried out till July 2, 2014 in municipal areas (city districts) following the results of which will be selected two projects from each municipal area (the city district) for participation in the first stage of competition.

On June 26, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the next meeting of the Interdepartmental working group on formation of forecasts of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan with participation of representatives of municipalities, the leading industrial enterprises of the republic, the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, Tatarstanstata, Offices of the Federal Tax Service in the Republic of Tatarstan took place. At meeting of the working group expected indicators of JSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim, JSC TAIF-NK, JSC Kazanorgsintez, JSC Nefis Kosmetiks, JSC Kazan Plant of Synthetic Rubber, JSC Danaflex company, JSC Tekhstroy, JSC Safplast, JSC Generation Company, JSC Tatspirtprom, INVENT Group of companies (JSC INVENT-Elektro, JSC Tatteploizolyation, JSC Tatkabel) were considered.

Chief executive of Tatarstan Export Support Center Vasilii Chistiakov participated in the II International Forum "Localization of production and development of procurement sources" which held on 24-25th of June 2014 in Moscow. The event was held with the support of Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, as well as major Western companies that localized their production in Russia.
Forum is a multifunctional platform for establishing and expanding contacts between manufacturers and suppliers in the automobile industry.

On June 25, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting concerning development of Industrial park "Chistopol" took place. The meeting passed in a videoconference mode headed by the Chairman of the board of directors of JSC Himgrad Albert Karimov with participation of representatives of JSC Himgrad and JSC Tatinvestgrazhdanproyekt. The Chistopolsky municipal area was represented by the Head of the area Ildus Akhmetzyanov and the heads of the municipal organizations responsible for implementation of the investment project "Industrial Park "Chistopol".

On June 24, at a business forum in Lyon (France), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan enterprises are interested in developing cooperation with French companies, and want to learn more about Rhône-Alpes region. The meeting with Rhône-Alpes businessmen was held at Lyon Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Vice-president of Lyon Chamber of Commerce and Industry Philippe Ero, representatives of the Association of French enterprises, Rhône-Alpes general confederation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and Lyon Mayor’s Office took part in the event.

Rustam Minnikhanov thanked participants of the forum for the interest towards Tatarstan and its economic and investment potential, and noted that experience of Grenoble and Lyon innovative clusters is interesting for Tatarstan.

The republic cooperates with a number of French regions, and a representative office of Tatarstan has worked in Paris for 20 years, the honorary consul of France and French visa centre work in Kazan.

On June 27, 2014 at 13.30 o'clock the meeting with the leasing companies about realization of action "Development of leasing of the equipment : subsidizing of expenses of subjects of small and average business ("Leasing grant")" will take place. We invite the leasing companies which are carrying out activity in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan to participate in meeting. For participation it is necessary to submit an application to the e-mail address: Yulia.Steshanina@tatar.ru. In the demand it is necessary to specify the name of the leasing company, contact phone or the e-mail address for feedback, and also name of the representative of the company, who is ready to take part in meeting.

Monitoring of use of the grants, allocated to rural settlements following the results of Republican competition on granting grants to rural settlements in 2013 proceeds . Within monitoring on June 24, 2014 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sharifullin visited Betkinsky and Melekessky rural settlements of the Tukayevsky municipal area.

The center of business support  concluded the cooperation agreement with Bank of Kazan. Within the agreement the Bank of Kazan enters the advisory council on selection of investment projects. The center of business support will organize councils for selection of investment projects and is engaged in attraction of sources of financing of business projects. As one of such sources the banking sector acts. Today the Center of business support of the Republic of Tatarstan cooperates with six banks ready to invest in beginning and developing business. Among them "Ural bank of reconstruction and development", "Promsvyazbank", "Tatfondbank", "Sberbank", "Investment cooperative bank" and, for quite some time now, "Bank of Kazan".
