On June 30, 2014 the deputy minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Eugeny Elin gave start to work of the Agency of Credit Guarantees (ACG).
On July 5, 2014 by the Government of the Russian Federation the order about carrying out annually, since 2014, the All-Russian competition "The Best Multipurpose Center of Russia" is accepted.
On July 8, 2014 in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the first stage of competition of national social projects of municipal areas (city districts) the Republic of Tatarstan a selection platform of Kazan passed .

On July 5, 2014 in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstanmeeting on a question of implementation of the pilot project "Increase of Dynamics of Development of Small and Average Business in the Certain Municipal Regions of the Republic of Tatarstan" took place .
On June 16, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the first working meeting within public consultations is held according to regulating influence concerning the bill of the Republic of Tatarstan "On restrictions of retail of low alcohol and nonalcoholic tonics on RT territories", developed by the State inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan for ensuring the state control of production, a turn and quality of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic products and protection of the rights of consumers.

According to the resolution of the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers of 16.06.2014 No. 416 "About carrying out competition of national social projects of municipal areas (city districts) of the Republic of Tatarstan" during the period  from July 8 to July 10, 2014 the first stage of competition of national social projects will take place. It will pass on three interdistrict selection platforms.
The deputy minister of economic development of Russia Oleg Fomichev told about the general practice carrying out the assessment of regulating influence (ARI) in Russia, exceptions of procedure, and their reasons, striking examples of reviewed acts, and also questions arising in this regard. Main objective of ARI as tool is to fight against administrative barriers, the inefficient legislation and, finally, search of the best decisions. ARI concerning the regulations raising the questions of implementation of business and investment activity, and, as concerning drafts of acts, and regulations already adopted in accordance with the established procedure authorities is carried out.

As for the Republic of Tatarstan, in the republic the mechanism of ARI carrying out was started in a pilot mode since 2013 for what the necessary regulatory base was accepted. In 2013 an assessment there passed by 11 regulations, in 2014 by 9 acts.
The list of the leasing companies which have provided documents for accreditation in 2014 is published on the website of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. In addition we report that according to LIZING-GRANT program conditions the leasing companies, which lessees apply for receiving the state support within the specified program, have to correspond to the following conditions
The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 9, 2014 No. 991-r approved the Plan of implementation of the Concept of development of procedures for granting of the state and municipal services in electronic form. In the concept main objectives, the principles and the directions of further development of procedures for granting of the state and municipal services in electronic form are defined. The concept contains target model of service in electronic form. The main principles - availability, simplicity, convenience, speed. In particular, convenient services of identification and authentication, navigation and search services, information on services available to it, contextual helps, services of the automated filling of forms of statements have to be provided to the applicant. It is necessary to minimize the temporary and financial expenses of citizens connected with receiving services, to minimize number of visits of department. It is thus important to provide availability of various forms (ways) of receiving services: in electronic form, by phone, by mail, the personal appeal to body or the multipurpose center. Is inadmissible to provide access to services through paid specialized intermediaries.
