On July 31, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the Center of business support will hold the third meeting of council for selection of investment projects. Action will begin at 13:00 in Kazan, Moskovskaya St., 55. During meeting three projects will be considered: – the multipurpose center on the basis of cafe of farmer products and shop of design things; – "beaters under way" in an special packing of SUSHIROLLER; – organization of ready dishes delivery service.

On July 24, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan meeting of a contest committee on selection of subjects of small business for granting in rent of non-residential premises of State Budgetary Institution "Business Incubator of Naberezhnye Chelny city" took place. In total 13 lots, 10 applications for participation are presented. 7 applicants were recognized as winners.

On July 25, First Deputy Chairman of Russian Government Igor Shuvalov, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, rector of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration Vladimir Mau, and participants of the international educational forum “Summer campus of the Presidential Academy” discussed problems of modern education, development of Russian economy, and ways of economic crisis recovery.

To the point, the meeting of best students from 21 Russian regions, half of which represent the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and its branches, is being held at ski sports complex “Kazan”. By and large, 250 people including 30 foreign students arrived in Kazan.

It is the third summer campus of the Presidential Academy. Igor Shuvalov noted that Tatarstan may become a traditional place for holding this international educational forum.

On July 25, during his working trip to Tatarstan, First Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Igor Shuvalov visited the construction site of the Innopolis special economic zone near Kazan.

Accompanied by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Prime-Minister – Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov, Director General of SEZ “Innopolis” Igor Nosov, Igor Shuvalov looked around facilities under construction in the Innopolis innovative satellite town, situated 30 km far from Kazan.

The first object they visited was the construction site of the Popov Technopark, which will become one of the first technology parks in the special economic zone, with the project cost making 2,655 million roubles. It is expected to launch the park by the end of 2014.

Igor Shuvalov was told about the development of the Innopolis project, its construction stages and steps to attract potential residents of the town.

The state automated system represents Ypravlenie the uniform information system providing collecting, processing and the analysis of the data containing in the state and municipal information resources, and also data of official state statistics. The Ypravlenie system allows to solve a set of tasks for ensuring support of adoption of administrative decisions in the sphere of public administration, including: - implementation of monitoring and the analysis of the processes happening in real sector of economy, in the social sphere, and also the sphere of social and economic development of subjects of the Russian Federation; - providing assessment of efficiency of activity of executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local governments.

In the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan meeting of Coordination council on compensation, the income and a population standard of living took place at the Republican tripartite commission on regulation of the social and labor relations on the question "About Financial and Economic Situation and Measures for Repayment of Debt for Payment of a Salary and for Payments on the Obligatory Pension, Medical and Social Insurance, Accepted by the Organizations". At meeting the situation with payment of a salary and payment of payments on obligatory pension, medical and social insurance at the enterprises debtors of Kazan and the Cheremshansky municipal area of the republic with the invitation of heads of data of the enterprises and chairmen of the territorial interdepartmental commissions on increase of a standard of living and legalization of the income of the relevant municipalities was considered.

The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov and the project manager of created in the Republic of Tatarstan the Regional engineering center of medical simulators "Center of medical science" Lenar Valeev made a speech on July 24, 2014 at meeting of total board of Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea. Artyom Zdunov presented an initiative of the Republic of Tatarstan of implementation of the joint interregional project of creation in the Republic of Crimea the Regional center of engineering of medical simulators "Center of medical science" on the basis of the Crimean state medical university of S.I.Georgiyevsky according to the program of development of small and average business of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

On July 23, 2014 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held meeting in a videoconference mode with heads of executive committees of municipal areas and the city districts, responsible for development of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (MPS).

Following the results of meeting the task of increase number of the services rendered through system of MPS, and also the service to citizens through the remote workplaces organized in rural settlements of the republic (with number of inhabitants more than 1 thousand people).


Realization of these directions will allow to create available and comfortable conditions for citizens.
