During the period from October 8 to October 13, 2014 in the cities of Moscow, Helsinki (Finland), Stockholm (Sweden) the Congress of Business Community will take place. The organizer of action is JSC Center of Economic Development (Moscow) with support of Institute of foreign economic relations development, the Swedish-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia in Finland. The congress of Business Community is carried out for transfer of the international innovations to economy of Russia; training in innovative business; formation of new image of the Russian business in modern realities.

From August 7 to August 8, 2014 the Center of business support of the Republic of Tatarstan subordinated to the Ministry of Economy will participate in the Republican business forum "Strategy of ensuring food independence and safety of the Crimea". As the initiator of the organization of a forum the Bakhchysarai city council acted. Action will take place in the Moscow hotel conference room to the address Simferopol, Kiyevskaya St., 2.

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of July 29, 2014 No. 709 approved criteria of reference the municipalities to monotowns. The resolution "About Criteria of Reference of Municipalities of the Russian Federation to Monoprofile (Monotowns) and Categories of Monoprofile Municipalities of the Russian Federation (Monotowns) depending on Risks of Deterioration of Their Economic and Social Situation" it is prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation according to orders of the President of Russia and the Government of Russia.

On August 5, 2014 the I Interregional youth forum of intellectual creativity in the Aktanyshsky municipal area of the republic "Agyydel" with participation of the chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Fareed Mukhametshin had passed. In Moscow in the Russian Government Analytical Centre the seminar concerning introduction of the Standard of development of the competition in subjects of the Russian Federation took place. The program of a seminar included performances of pilot regions, exchange of experience, and also answers of representatives of Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on questions of participants of a seminar. By results of a seminar the Analytical center prepared the materials including summary answers to the issues of regions regarding introduction of the Standard of development of the competition agreed with the FAS of Russia, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Agency of strategic initiatives.

Non-profit organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" informs that from 01.07.2014 till 31.07.2014 the Fund gave 3 guarantees, the total amount of the guarantees is 17.08 million rubles. The amount of the credits secured by the guarantee fund was 37.6 million rubles.

Small and medium entrepreneurship’s development workshop of Tatarstan Economy Ministry took place in Alabuga special economic zone today. Tatarstan State Council Chairman Farid Mukhametshin participated in the meeting, and all heads of municipal governments were invited. Along with them, Tatarstan Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, Alabuga’s CEO Timur Shagivaleyev and other officials attended the conference.

“We gathered to discuss topical issues of small and medium businesses’ development, particularly while the West creates obstacles for our economy and restricts opportunities. Many big businesses of the republic are sensitive to sanctions; Tatarstan economy’s growth slowed down slightly in the first six month of 2014,” Farid Mukhametshin noted.

Today, there are 140,000 small and medium enterprises in Tatarstan, employing 480,000 people. Considerable slowdown of entrepreneurship’s development was in the first half of 2014.

On August,04, 2014 Non-profit Organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" organized the event with JSC "PROBUSINESSBANK". During the meeting it was discussed the opportunity of concluding the agreement on cooperation in program to provide guarantees to small and medium-sized enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan. As well it was given the detailed information about the Fund, the conditions and the requirements of the Fund and were discussed the main changes of the work of the Fund, the improved quality of the work with legal entities.
