Requirements and an order of the contract conclusion with the only supplier in case of the cancelled auction

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan informs on an order of the conclusion of contracts with the only supplier in case of the cancelled auction. According to parts 1 and 7 of article 55, parts 1 - 3.1 of article 71, parts 1 and 3 of article 79, part 18 of article 83 of the Federal law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" cases of recognition of competitive ways of definition of the supplier (the contractor, the performer) cancelled, thus the contract consists with the only supplier are provided.
