Seminar materials concerning introduction of the Standard of development of the competition in subjects of the Russian Federation

In Moscow in the Russian Government Analytical Centre the seminar concerning introduction of the Standard of development of the competition in subjects of the Russian Federation took place. The program of a seminar included performances of pilot regions, exchange of experience, and also answers of representatives of Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on questions of participants of a seminar. By results of a seminar the Analytical center prepared the materials including summary answers to the issues of regions regarding introduction of the Standard of development of the competition agreed with the FAS of Russia, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Agency of strategic initiatives.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
