The appeal of Department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation with a request to carry out an assessment of the regulating influence concerning the draft of the federal law "About modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation (regarding improvement of external control of work quality of the audit organizations booking obligatory audit of accounting (financial) reports of the organizations specified regarding 3 articles 5 of the Federal law of December 30, 2008 No. 307-FZ "About auditor activity")" came to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan informs  abou the beginning of order taking for participation in Competitive selection of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan for participation in the All-Russian competition "The Best Multipurpose Center of Russia". Order taking term: from September 22, 2014 to October 1, 2014 from 9.00 till 18.00.

Minutes of Government Commission on Administrative Reform No.140 of September 9, 2014  approved the the list of the state services concerning which the assessment  by citizens of efficiency of activity of heads of territorial authorities of federal executive authorities (their structural divisions) is carried out. The list included the services rendered by Federal Registration Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Federal Migration Service, Federal Tax Service.

On September 19, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in a plenary session of the International Investment Forum Sochi-2014.

Speaking at the session, Chairman of the Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev noted with regret that the Europe's policy towards Russia was unreasonably tough within recent months.

The Prime Minister said that he Western countries stopped acknowledging the fact that Russia has its own national interests. “We are now ready to listen to our Western partners, but provided that our partners learn to listen to our stance,” Medvedev noted.

On September 17-18, 2014 representatives of the International Trade Center (ITC) visited Kazan to discuss the development of regional strategy of export support in the Republic of Tatarstan. Delegation included the head of Department of work with countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia Elena Butrimova and the project coordinator Armen Zargaryan.

On September 17, 2014 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov held meeting with the management of JSC Cotton Way and Technopolis "Himgrad" concerning implementation of the project of creation in Kazan of a production and logistic complex on rent a textiles. The Cotton Way company acting as the investor of the project is the leader of the Russian market of services in rent and professional processing of textile products (washing, a dry-cleaner, disinfection). Cotton Way has 12 production and 30 warehouse complexes over all country. The company is presented in the majority of million-plus cities: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk and Sochi. The staff totals more than 2000 people.

On September 16, 2014, the representatives of Non-profit Organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" participated in the meeting "Banks + Business: the Trends and Forecasts" organized by the magazine "Business Quarter - Kazan". The meeting was held in the form of discussions between the representatives of business and government, which also was attended by the Chairman of the Council of the Banking Association of Tatarstan L.R. Kitaitseva, the President of the Association of the Small and Medium - sized business H.H. Khaliullin, the representatives of JSC "Sberbank of Russia", LLC "Bank of Kazan", JSC "Spurt Bank" and others.

The fund of infrastructure and educational programs of JSC  RUSNANO declared the beginning of selection of demands from the nanotechnological companies for the right of use of the Sign "Russian Nanotechnological Production". This Sign will mark the production which is let out in Russia with application of nanotechnologies, conforming to requirements in the field of quality and safety, and not violating the rights for intellectual property of the third parties.

State Budgetary Institution Business Incubator of Naberezhnye Chelny  announced competition for subjects of small business on the right of obtaining of the resident status of an incubator. Competition will be held for 10 office rooms from 21 to 41 sq.m. Demands on selection are accepted till October 3, 2014. The main requirements to participants of competition are existence of the business plan, compliance of a kind of activity for specialization of business incubator, no more than a year activity term. The maximum term of placement of small business subjects  in business incubator is three years.

On September 17, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sharifullin the meeting concerning execution of the Minutes No. IH-12-127 of 30.04.2014 of a commission of experts on consideration of results of polls of the population about the efficiency of of local governments of city districts and municipal areas of the republic heads activity, the enterprises and establishments rendering services to the population of city districts and municipal regions of RT with application of the Internet took place.
