In St. Petersburg the International exhibition of scientific achievements which will take place within the Petersburg technical fair will take place from March 24 to March 26, 2015. Significant event of an exhibition is the competition "The Best Innovative Project and the Best Scientific and Technical Development of Year". For years of carrying out action proved as a platform for development of innovative business. More than 4000 enterprises from 36 regions of Russia and 9 foreign countries showed over 5000 scientific development and innovative projects.

On September 29, 2014 at Research university "Higher School of Economy" (Moscow) the second seminar of School of the public controler of government purchases took place. The school of the public controler of government purchases is a platform for training in bases of contract system, exchange of experience and communication with adherents and professionals in the sphere of control of a state order. The purposes of School are also an explanation to civic activists and public organizations of provisions of the law on contract system, its opportunities for public control over a state order, to the appeal to these or those supervisory authorities. The platform is open for all public controlers, beginners and professionals of public control of the government purchases wishing to share the experience.

On September 3 within the World economic forum the report "Global competitiveness in 2014-2015" was published. The world economic forum is the Swiss non-profit non-governmental organization, the organizer of meetings of political leaders, businessmen, journalists. Since 1979 experts of a forum publish the annual report "Global competitiveness". In it more than 14 thousand companies from 144 countries of the world analyzed about business climate in their states. On the basis of these indicators the index of global competitiveness of the countries is formed (Global Competitiveness Index, GCI).

The fund of infrastructure and educational programs began procedure of competitive selection of demands within the thematic lot "Application of the RFID Technology for Various Systems of the Accounting of Material Objects" (applications for participation in competition are accepted till October 7, 2014) and "Creation of the engineering company in the field of biomedical cellular products, gene therapy and biopharmaceutical preparations" (applications for participation in competition are accepted till October 21, 2014).

On September 29, 2014 at 14.00 in a conference room of "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan"  to the address: Kazan, Chernyshevsky St., 33, room 15, opening of envelopes with the applications submitted by banks for participation in open competition on selection of banks for the conclusion of cooperation agreements according to the program of providing guarantees of Guarantee fund took place. On competition requests from eleven banks which are carrying out activity in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan were submitted. Results of competition will be published on the website www.garfondrt.ru no later than October 14, 2014.

Within the joint project of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and JSC Sberbank of Russia "ARI – opportunities for business, the rule for the power" on September 23, 2014 there passed the first videoconference devoted to questions of introduction of the assessment of the regulating influence (ARI) in regions of the Russian Federation in which representatives of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan and business community took part. The purpose of the project is creation of a common information space for regional business community and public authorities in the course of introduction of system of ARI.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan and the public youth organizations invites young businessmen and young enterprising people to take part in the zone conferences "We Walk in Business" which will take place: On October 11, 2014 in Nizhnekamsk, on October 12 – in Bugulma, on October 13 – in Chistopol, on October 14 – in  Bogatye Saby. Young enterprising people planning to begin business activity and young businessmen having own business operating till 1 year at the age of 18-30 years are invited to take part in conferences.

On September 26, 2014 within development of Strategy of social and economic development of Tatarstan till 2030 the design seminar "The present and the future of system of strategic management in the Republic of Tatarstan of" a platform "Institutes and business" took place. The representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of expert community involved in process of strategic planning – the Head of the Zelenodolsky municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan, the mayor of the Zelenodolsk town Alexander Tygin, the CEO of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Tatar Academy of Management of innovative economy" Ildar Ablayev, the vice-president of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan Vadim Homenko, the adviser of Presidium, the full member of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan Filza Hamidullin, the head of the department of financial management of Institute of management and territorial development of K(V)FU Igor Kirshin, the deputy director for science of State Budgetary Institution Center of Perspective Economic Researches of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan Mikhail Savelichev participated in a  seminar.

On September 26, 2014 work of a  platform  "Space, Infrastructure, Real Capital" within development of the project of Strategy of social and economic development of Tatarstan till 2030 was continued. In actions which took place in the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan representatives of the branch ministries and departments, educational institutions also took part.
