In Higher School of Economy the second seminar of School of the public controler of government purchases took place

On September 29, 2014 at Research university "Higher School of Economy" (Moscow) the second seminar of School of the public controler of government purchases took place. The school of the public controler of government purchases is a platform for training in bases of contract system, exchange of experience and communication with adherents and professionals in the sphere of control of a state order. The purposes of School are also an explanation to civic activists and public organizations of provisions of the law on contract system, its opportunities for public control over a state order, to the appeal to these or those supervisory authorities. The platform is open for all public controlers, beginners and professionals of public control of the government purchases wishing to share the experience.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
