On September 22, 2014 within a design platform "Development of a petrochemical complex" strategic session "Innovative development of a petrochemical complex. Commercialization of innovations" took place. Representatives of science, enterprises of a petrochemical complex, the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, developers of Strategy of development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 took part in session. Key problems of innovative development of branch, the analysis of processes of research and development and introduction of innovations, and also search of problems of commercialization innovations were discussed at session.

On September 22, 2014 in the State Duma of the Russian Federation Parliamentary hearings on a subject : "About offers on acceleration of social and economic development of Russia" with participation of the State Duma Chairman Sergey Naryshkin took place.

Within the joint project of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Sberbank of Russia "Opportunities for business, the rule for the government" on September 23, 2014 the first videoconference devoted to questions of introduction of the assessment of the regulating influence (ARI) in regions of the Russian Federation in which representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and business community took part has passed.

The appeal of Department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation about carrying out public consultations according to the draft of the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation "About the approval of Requirements for ensuring transport safety (including requirements of anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) considering safety levels for various categories of objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles of air transport" came to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Questions of information support of innovative activity, development of the market of intellectual property in the Republic of Tatarstan, development of programs of innovative development and carrying out technological audit of the enterprise were considered, and also the existing educational programs and projects on preparation and retraining of personnel in the sphere of intellectual property were discussed at a seminar. Also the practical seminar on a subject: "Definition of economic effect of introduction of improvement suggestions" took place.
