For development of the territorial public self-managements in the Republic of Tatarstan and involvement  citizens to  solution of questions of local value the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 01.10.2014 No. 709 "About modification of a state program "Economic development and innovative economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2020", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 31.10.2013 No. 823 "About the statement of a state program "Economic development and innovative economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2020" was accepted.

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation No. 988 made changes to the Standard of disclosure of information, the organizations which are carrying out activity in the sphere of management of apartment houses, No. 731 approved by the Resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of September 23, 2010. The specified resolution added the Standard of disclosure of information: as necessary for disclosure data on the operated apartment houses, use of the general property, its overhaul, on general meetings of owners of rooms are designated. Besides, types of information which reveals concerning each apartment house are defined.

On October 7, 2014 at the Higher school of the public and municipal administration of the Kazan (Volga) federal university advanced training courses for the staff of the Bakhchsarai regional public administration of the Republic of Crimea according to the "Effective Development of the Territory in the conditions of a Standard Legal Framework of the Russian Federation" program began. The program of professional development of team of managers of the Bakhchisarsky area will allow to create "road map" of development of this region of the Republic of Crimea in the conditions of standard and legal space of the Russian Federation.

On October 8, Acting Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin introduced a new Minister of Tatarstan Ministry of Economy Artem Zdunov to the staff.

Addressing employees of the Ministry of Economy of the republic, Aleksey Pesoshin read out the decree of Tatarstan President on appointment of former minister Midkhat Shagiakhmetov to the position of Chief of the National Bank of Tatarstan. He thanked M. Shagiakhmetov for his work as Head of the Ministry.

"During his tenure as the minister, the republic has strengthened its position as one of the leaders in the Russian economy. Since 2010, Tatarstan has ranked first in terms of the performance of the authorities,” Pesoshin said.

The civic chamber of the Russian Federation together with National research university "Higher School of Economics" carries out a round table meeting on a subject: "Legal questions of ensuring public control over the government and municipal procurements".

On October 3, 2014 strategic session "Approaches to innovative strategy of the Republic of Tatarstan. Development of innovative infrastructure (Innopolis and Smart City Kazan projects) of a design platform "Innovations, information and technologies" within development of the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 took place. On October 2, 2014 in the Ministry of Agriculture and food of the Republic of Tatarstan the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of business support department Rustem Sibgatullin made a speech at meeting on a question of the concept of development of the biotechnologies regional engineering center. The meeting was held by the deputy minister of agriculture and the food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nazip Hazipov.
