The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Association of the enterprises of small and medium business within the program of collaboration for 2014 realizes the project of increase of dynamics of small and average business development in four municipal areas of the republic: Aksubayevsky, Kaybitsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky and Nurlatsky. The working name of the project – "Maksat" (in translation from the Tatar language "Purpose"). Within the project meetings with businessmen, councils of businessmen, the boards of trustees in municipal areas are created and their first meetings are held. These institutes of development are urged to provide the analysis of enterprise climate in area, the practicians existing today on formation of the business projects demanding the state support.

On October 9, 2014 in Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Naberezhnye Chelny city and Zakamye region the Departament of Prezident of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning anti-corruption policy held meeting in a format of a round table with students and young businessmen on a subject: "Mechanisms of prevention of corruption risks and activization of business activity".

 The report on the state support of business activity, reduction of bureaucratic barriers and corruption risks was made by the deputy director of the Center of business support of the Republic of Tatarstan Larisa Parfyonova.

On October 7-8, 2014 in Moscow in Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration the first wave of an educational program for the regional working groups on introduction of the best practic of creation of favorable investment and business climate revealed following the results of pilot approbation of the National rating of a condition of investment climate in regions of Russia took place. 25 pilot regions of approbation of the National rating took part in the first wave of training. The best practicians in four directions are the basis for the training program: "Connection to power supply networks", "Obtaining the construction license", "Institutes for business", "Financial stimulation and support of small business".

On October 9, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the working meeting of the deputy of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of Russia, the member of the committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on the industry Victor Peshkov with the First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Siraziyeva took place. The Head of CPRF faction, the deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Hafiz Mirgalimov also participated in this meeting.

On October 9, 2014 in Moscow the Regional public organization "Forum of the Contract Relations" with assistance of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation held the All-Russian conference "Prospects of Development of Corporate Purchases". The forum is formed in 2011 and directed on the solution of a wide range of tasks in the sphere of purchasing activity: consideration of standard and legal base, development of uniform information system, holding seminars and the training actions.

On October 9, Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, Chairman of State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, deputies of State Council, representatives of state authorities, business and wide public took part in the second session of Tatarstan State Council.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov addressed the State Council:

“Tatarstan is maintaining sustainable development these days. Citizens’ earnings have increased, the notable progress has been achieved in education, health care, and culture. At the same time, there is a slowdown in economic growth. We are not satisfied with such a situation. Our main goal is to provide rapid growth of Tatarstan economy. Considering current challenging political situation, we definitely support the policy of Russian President Vladimir Putin of decisive upholding of interests of Russia and its multi-ethnic society.”

Experts and experts in the field of the industry annually attend exhibitions for search of key clients and partners in business, negotiations, consultations and training, carrying out researches of actual tendencies of the market, and also for professional communication.

On October 8, 2014 the Tatarstan regional office of the Russian Popular Front carried out a round table on the subject "Import Substitution and Technological Modernization" with participation of heads of regional authorities, representatives of the enterprises, branch and scientific communities, scientific and technical clusters. On a round table the priority directions of modernization of economy of the region, realization of policy of import substitution, experience of the region in identification and support of hi-tech projects were discussed.

On October 8, 2014 within the program for training of the Bakhchsarai region of the Republic of Crimea delegation the deputy director of the Center of business support of the Republic of Tatarstan Larisa Parfyonova held a seminar "About system of the state support of average and small business in the Republic of Tatarstan".
