Within development of Strategy of Tatarstan till 2030 strategic session "Approaches to innovative strategy of RT. Development of innovative infrastructure (Innopolis and Smart City Kazan projects)" took place

On October 3, 2014 strategic session "Approaches to innovative strategy of the Republic of Tatarstan. Development of innovative infrastructure (Innopolis and Smart City Kazan projects) of a design platform "Innovations, information and technologies" within development of the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 took place.

 Representatives of bodies of the regional power, business, the profile public and scientific organizations took part in action.

The president of "AV Group" Alexey Krylovsky acquainted participants of a seminar with the course of works on formation of the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030.


Igor Nosov, the CEO of JSC Innopolis, reported about the course of realization and strategy of development of the project Innopolis.


the director of Innopolis University Dmitry Kondratyev made information on development of personnel potential and formation of University.

The report on the course of realization and strategy of development of the project of Smart City Kazan was made by the head of Agency of investment development of the Republic of Tatarstan Linar Yakupov.

As the priority purposes of the project were sounded: creation conditions for attraction of investments into economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the favorable environment for stimulation and development of perspective branches of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, increasing of local enterprise activity, formation and development in the territory of Smart City Kazan the human and intellectual capital, creation of comfortable conditions for accommodation and work.


Evgeny Panasyuk (Ernst & Young) and Mark Rakhlin (the head of the consulting company, the USA) acted as experts of strategic session.


After reports participants of strategic session discussed problems, the priority purposes and problems of development, potential measures of increase of competitiveness of republican innovative system.
