On October 2, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the videoconference devoted to discussion of the Report of the World bank on economy of Russia No. 32 "Uncertainty of economic policy  limits growth horizons in medium-term prospect" took place. Representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Penza region, Khabarovsky Krai, Primorsky Krai took part in a videoconference.

For development of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster on September 20 - 29 the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in an educational program for acquaintance with experience of effective management of innovative clusters in the Pacific Rim on the example of the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Singapore. Representatives of authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the enterprises and organizations were a part of delegation, research and scientific educational institutions, the infrastructure organizations of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster.

Within implementation of the Presidential program of preparation of administrative shots by the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Association of graduates of the Presidential program of the Republic of Tatarstan training of 16 managers from France at the enterprises of the republic is carried out from October 2 to October 7, 2014. On October 2, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of economy Ayrat Shamsiyev there took place the meeting of representatives of the branch ministries and business community with trainees.

We pay attention of citizens and businessmen to possibility of direct participation in formation of an assessment of activity of authorities when providing the state services. Two years work the Your Control portal started at the end of 2012 by request of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, which purpose – to make receiving the state services the most convenient, and their granting – the most qualitative.

On October 1, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, carrying on a good tradition, congratulated veterans of branch who  many years put knowledge and experience in social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan. For them in the ministry the concert program was organized and the holiday table was laid.  On behalf of the Minister of Economy Midhat Shagiakhmetov and staff of the ministry guests were congratulated by the first deputy minister Sariya Siraziyeva. Among participants of a meeting there were honored economists of the Republic of Tatarstan, excellent students of economic planning awarded by the medal "For Labour Valour", certificates of honor of the State Planning Committee of RSFSR, the award "Honour Sign", and such those who worked in bodies of the State Planning Committee more than 30 years.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of social and economic development of municipal areas and city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January - August, 2014. In the general rating for January - August, 2014 the leading positions are  taken by Kazan (1 place), Almetyevsky (the 2nd place) and Laishevsky (the 3rd place) municipal areas.

On October 1, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sharifullin with representatives of the South Korean company "ENK" CO.LTD. took place.

In St. Petersburg the International exhibition of scientific achievements which will take place within the Petersburg technical fair will take place from March 24 to March 26, 2015. Significant event of an exhibition is the competition "The Best Innovative Project and the Best Scientific and Technical Development of Year". For years of carrying out action proved as a platform for development of innovative business. More than 4000 enterprises from 36 regions of Russia and 9 foreign countries showed over 5000 scientific development and innovative projects.

On September 29, 2014 at Research university "Higher School of Economy" (Moscow) the second seminar of School of the public controler of government purchases took place. The school of the public controler of government purchases is a platform for training in bases of contract system, exchange of experience and communication with adherents and professionals in the sphere of control of a state order. The purposes of School are also an explanation to civic activists and public organizations of provisions of the law on contract system, its opportunities for public control over a state order, to the appeal to these or those supervisory authorities. The platform is open for all public controlers, beginners and professionals of public control of the government purchases wishing to share the experience.

On September 3 within the World economic forum the report "Global competitiveness in 2014-2015" was published. The world economic forum is the Swiss non-profit non-governmental organization, the organizer of meetings of political leaders, businessmen, journalists. Since 1979 experts of a forum publish the annual report "Global competitiveness". In it more than 14 thousand companies from 144 countries of the world analyzed about business climate in their states. On the basis of these indicators the index of global competitiveness of the countries is formed (Global Competitiveness Index, GCI).
