The best practicians revealed following the results of pilot approbation of the National rating of a condition of investment climate in regions of Russia were discussed

On October 7-8, 2014 in Moscow in Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration the first wave of an educational program for the regional working groups on introduction of the best practic of creation of favorable investment and business climate revealed following the results of pilot approbation of the National rating of a condition of investment climate in regions of Russia took place. 25 pilot regions of approbation of the National rating took part in the first wave of training. The best practicians in four directions are the basis for the training program: "Connection to power supply networks", "Obtaining the construction license", "Institutes for business", "Financial stimulation and support of small business".
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
