The changes of the legislation concerning the enterprises which are carrying out preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals

We pay your attention to changes of the legislation which come into force since November 15, 2014 the part from which concerns activity of the enterprises which are carrying out preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. So, the changes made to part 8 of article 16 of the Federal law of 26.12.2008 No. 294-FZ "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control" exclude an obligation of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs to conduct a log-book of checks, replacing it with the right of maintaining such magazine.
