On November 18, 2014 on the basis of MPS of Nizhnekamsk within the organization of providing the state and municipal services in the principle of "one window" by the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Tatarstan the zone training seminar for the staff of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services in reception of applications on rendering service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Information center in RT "on issue of the certificate of existence (absence) of a criminal record and (or) the fact of criminal prosecution, or about the termination of criminal prosecution" was held.

The fund of assistance to the budgetary sector invites to participate in the training seminar practical work "The organization of purchases for the Federal law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ". Seminar venue: Kazan, Said-Galeyeva St., 1, Volga hotel, conference room. Date of a seminar: December 1, 2014. Carrying out time: from 11-00 till 15-00.

On November 27-28, 2014 the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and Federal agency "Rossotrudnichestvo" at the initiative of "The Euroasian dialogue" at the Russian parliamentary European club hold in Kazan the Second Kazan forum "The Euroasian economic integration: achievements and problems". The format of the Forum assumes the broadest involvement of the international public in its preparation and carrying out, and also distribution of materials of the Forum.

On November 18, 2014 the next meeting of the working group of the Commission at the President of the Russian Federation on monitoring of achievement of the target indicators of social and economic development of the Russian Federation determined by the President of the Russian Federation took place. At a meeting course of execution of the orders of the President of the Russian Federation provided by decrees of the President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2012 No. 596-606 according to established periods of submission of reports was discussed.

The State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan adopted the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About modification of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About establishment of a tax rate on income tax for the resident organizations of the special economic zone of industrial and production type created in the territory of the Yelabuga region of the Republic of Tatarstan" (of 11.11.2014 No. 83-ZRT). The law provides establishment of preferential rates on income tax for the resident organizations of a special economic zone technology development type "Innopolis".

On November 18, 2014 the meeting of Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on economy, investments and business on which the question "About the course of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of April 22, 2011 No. 13-ZRT "About the approval of the Program of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011 - 2015" was considered took place. The report on the course of realization of actions of the Program of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011 - 2015 was made by the First Deputy Minister of Economy of the republic Sariya Siraziyeva.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan carries out an assessment of the regulating influence of the bill of the Republic of Tatarstan "About modification of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About a subsoil". The bill is developed by deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Takhir Hadeev and Rinat Gayzatullin for the purpose of reduction of provisions of the republican law in compliance with the federal legislation.

At the meeting of the Government commission on use of information technologies for improvement of quality of life and conditions of conducting business activity which took place on October 28, 2014 under the chairmanship of the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev the next steps on introduction of electronic technologies are discussed. Among the brought-up questions – prospects and procedures for granting of priority services of Federal Tax Service in an electronic form, and also development of information infrastructure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan as by authorized body of the state executive power of the Republic of Tatarstan on support to socially oriented non-profit organizations (NPO), finished competition of NPO on the right of receiving subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014. Applications for participation in competition  were accepted from September 10 to October 14 of the current year.
