On November 22, 2014 in Kazan academy of tennis badminton competitions within the IV Sports contest of workers of offices of executive authorities and government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. Having conceded to teams of Audit Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Agriculture and the food of the Republic of Tatarstan, in badminton competitions the team of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan took the 3rd place.

On November 21, 2014 enlarged meeting of Advisory council at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan on discussion of new actions, for inclusion to the Program of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011-2015 took place.

The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov visited an investment platform on the basis of JSC KAPO S.P.Gorbunova on which the project of creation of the hi-tech Center of prototyping "The center of digital technologies" planned to start in 2014-2015. The center is creating according to the program of support of small and average business of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on the principles of public-private partnership.

Within the Program of support of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster the educational seminar "Automotive industry in Germany. Modern technologies" will take place on November 22-29, 2014. Representatives of the enterprises and organizations, research and scientific educational institutions, and also the infrastructure organizations of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster will participate in a seminar.

Orders of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of November 19, 2014 No. 745 and No. 746 approved lists of actions which will be considered when determining subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation and actions which were selected for joint financing at the expense of means of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on implementation of programs of development of pilot innovative territorial clusters.

In pursuance of an order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov the branch ministries continue to hold quarterly meetings of balance commissions on the analysis of financial and economic activity of jurisdictional enterprises. So on November 19, 2014 in the Ministry of Agriculture and the food of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of the balance commission on the analysis of financial and economic activity of the agricultural enterprises following the results of 9 months of the current year took place.

On November 18, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan solemn delivery of Certificates on accreditation of subjects of property infrastructure of small and average business support of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. Certificates received nine industrial platforms of municipal level.

On November 19, 2014 the meeting of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov with the businessman from Naberezhnye Chelny Nikolay Ivanov took place. Nikolay Ivanov submitted the draft of the program developed by him "Government-Bank-Business. "Cheap" money to business for growth and development", assuming allocation of returnable limits on subsidizing to business of a grace period on which expiration banks redeem from the state a package on the conditions which are in advance coordinated by the parties.

The Director of the department of state regulation in economy of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Alexey Hersontsev made a speech at the forum CNews "Information Technologies Tomorrow" on November 12, 2014 with presentation on the subject "Development of the Concept of Decrease in the Expenses of Business Connected with Providing the Reporting, and Offers on Optimization of Forms of the Reporting, Terms, Frequency and Rules of Providing the Reporting".

On November 18, 2014 in Moscow the meeting of the Minister of Economy Artyom Zdunov with the director of Institute of statistical researches and economy of knowledge of NIU "Higher School of Economics", professor Leonid Gokhberg concerning development of road maps for branches of automotive industry and petrochemistry within realization of actions of the Program of development of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster for 2013 - 2016 took place.
