The results of Competitive selection of subjects of business for providing the state support within action "Development of leasing of the equipment : subsidizing of costs of subjects of small and average business of payment of the first contribution (advance payment) under the contract of leasing of the equipment (LIZING-GRANT)" were summed up. On November 14, 2014 the educational seminar on a subject: "Time-management" for export focused enterprises, organized by the export support  Center of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. The expert in the field of communications Larisa Kuzmina  the certified business coach, a couch acted as the lecturer. Distinctive feature of training was the kouchingovy approach promoting disclosure of internal potential of participants.

On November 14, 2014 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov held meeting on consideration of intermediate results of implementation "Carrying Out Market Researches in the Commodity Markets of Member Countries of the WTO for the purpose of Advance of Production of the Enterprises of the Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster to the World Commodity Markets and Implementation of Monitoring of Import of the Competing Goods on the Territory of the Customs Union regarding Production Made by the Enterprises of the Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster". This event is held within the subsidies for implementation of the Program of support of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster allocated in 2013.

On November 14, 2014 in the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan the second meeting of the Joint working group on implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Government of the Republic Turkmenistan about trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation under the chairmanship of the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov and the Minister of Economy and development of the Republic Turkmenistan Vepa Abdylkhekimov took place. Representatives of the ministries and departments of Tatarstan and Turkmenistan, and also heads of the Tatarstan industrial enterprises participated in a meeting of the Joint working group. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan during a meeting of the Joint working group was represented by the deputy minister Bulat Khaziakhmetov.

On November 15, 2014 Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea Nikolay Koryazhkin visited  the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. During a meeting in which all deputy ministers of economy of Tatarstan participated, questions on the fields of activity supervised by the ministries were discussed. Opening a meeting, the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov noted that  the regulations and standards developed in Tatarstan will be transferred to the Ministry of economic development of the Crimea to make interaction with colleagues of the Republic of Crimea the most effective.

A leading expert of American National Business Incubation Association (NBIA, USA) Mark Long delivered a lecture for Tatarstan officials on innovative strategy of a region in development of small and medium-size enterprises and business incubators.

The meeting with participation of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and other officials was held at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers within the framework of the conference “Tatarstan 2030: human capital for economy of the future”.

In his lecture Mark Long told about measures for establishing business incubators and support of small enterprises, and answered some questions.

On November 14, 2014 in IT park hold conference "Tatarstan 2030: the human capital for future economy" where basic provisions of the preparing first edition of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period till 2030 were considered. At the beginning of conference plenary session "Tatarstan 2030: on the way to global competitiveness" took place which was opened by the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - the minister of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov and the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov.

The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov took part in Strategic session of the Kamsky center of cluster development of subjects of small and average business which took place on November 13, 2014 in IT park of Naberezhnye Chelny city. Strategic session was directed on elaboration of joint actions of bodies of legislative and executive power, enterprise community, science, public organizations and institutes of development in two branches of cluster development: mechanical engineering, production of autocomponents and IT technology.

On November 13, 2014  the government delegation of Turkmenistan headed by the Minister of Economy and developments of the Republic Turkmenistan Vepa Abdylkhekimov arrived with working visit to the Republic of Tatarstan. The deputy minister of the oil and gas industry and mineral resources of Turkmenistan  Myratgeldy Meredov, the deputy minister of the industry of Turkmenistan Vepaly Hoimeev, the head of department of foreign economic relations of the Ministry of Economy and development of Turkmenistan Aniachary Mulliyev, the head of department of foreign economic relations of the Ministry of Trade and foreign economic relations Batyr Sopyen and the head of department of foreign economic relations of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan Dortguly Dzhelilov were a part of delegation.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with State Budgetary Institution The Center of Economic and Social Researches of the Republic of Tatarstan at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan made changes to standard administrative regulations of providing municipal service in delivery of permission to installation and operation of the advertizing structure, regarding its reduction in compliance with the antitrust law, possibilities of submission of documents on receiving service through remote workplaces of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services, etc.
