The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov took part in signing of the credit agreement between office "Tatarstan Bank" of Sberbank of Russia and "mefro wheels GmbH"

On December 3, 2014 in office "Tatarstan Bank" of JSC Sberbank of Russia the ceremony of signing of the credit agreement between office "Tatarstan Bank" No. 8610 of JSC Sberbank of Russia and "mefro wheels GmbH" took place. The signatures in the contract were put by the CEO of JSC Mefro Uillz Russia, the president of Mefro Wheels group Alfred Fishbakher and the managing director of office "Tatarstan Bank" No. 8610 of JSC Sberbank of Russia Rushan Sakhbiyev.

The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov participated in the meeting preceding signing. Welcoming the audience, he noted that this project is the priority investment project for the Republic of Tatarstan, and activities for search of financial decisions for its realization are actively conducted since January of the current year: "More difficult became the situation in the financial markets, the quicker we came to result, the market dictates need of implementation of this project right now".


Emphasizing relevance of the project, Artyom Zdunov reminded about the Republic of Tatarstan which is carried out by the Government and Government of the Russian Federation to work on development of the industry. The Minister of Economics of Tatarstan noted: "That now is understood as import substitution, – first of all, is characterized by the term "competitiveness", and now there are all bases for implementation of this project, its inclusion in the Investment memorandum of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 that it could apply for receiving tax and other preferences".
