During the period from December 6 to December 10, 2014 reception of competitive demands of the organizations (the centers of engineering and the centers of prototyping) forming infrastructure of support of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan for participation in competitive selection for providing the state support in a form of subsidies appears.

In December, 5, 2014 the representatives of the Non - profit organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" (hereinafter - the Fund) took part in the scientific-practical conference "The agricultural consumer cooperatives: the experience, the problems, the suggestions" which was organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation from  31.10.2014 No. 1132 "About an order of maintaining the register of the contracts signed by customers by results of purchase" approved the rules of maintaining the register of contracts. On December 4, 2014 in Sochi began its work the forum devoted to development of regional innovative infrastructure, "An ecosystem of innovations". A key subject of a forum is "Strategy of development of an innovative ecosystem: on what to stake?". Action organized by the Russian venture company, is aimed at increase of integration and accumulation of competences of subjects of a regional innovative ecosystem within process of search and commercialization of innovative technologies.

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of October 29, 2014 No. 1113 "About modification of the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of November 21, 2013 No. 1043" made changes to requirements to formation, the statement and maintaining plans of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring needs of the subject of the Russian Federation and municipal needs, and also requirements to a form of plans of purchases of goods, works, services.
