Artyom Zdunov awarded the best business journalists of the Republic of Tatarstan

On December 18, 2014 the awards ceremony of winners of the V Republican competition of journalistic works and media projects about development of small and average business in the Republic of Tatarstan took place. Action took place within a week of business events "Business results of Tatarstan – 2014". Annual competition is held for the purpose of promoting of business activity, formation of a positive image of the businessman, activization of publicizing of development of small and average business in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan acted as the initiator of carrying out this competition the second year. Traditionally two authoritative public organizations became partners of competition the Union of journalists of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan .

The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov, welcoming guests and participants of competition, emphasized: "A position of the Ministry of Economy is that we will always look for feedback with enterprise community. And journalistic circles are the thread of interaction with the population and businessmen".

Addressing to representatives of mass media, the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan told: "Often the attitude towards enterprise climate is formed by your feather, investors see by your eyes therefore I treat journalistic community as colleagues. We have certain tasks which we have to solve. I would like journalists to pay attention to knowledge of the population, increase of financial literacy ".

"Today we want to encourage those who could treat objectively publicizing of small and average business in the Republic of Tatarstan. Objectively, as we aren't afraid of criticism, but we want it to be constructive", – Artyom Zdunov noted.

This year more than 70 people who presented about 600 works on court of a contest committee took part in competition.
