The seminar "Optimum structure of the company" took place

On December 18, 2014 in Chamber of Commerce and Industry of RT the seminar "Optimum structure of the company" had passed. The seminar was organized by the Kama center of cluster development of subjects of small and average business. The seminar was aimed at owners and heads of the enterprises. Dmitri Kayser – the business coach, the cofounder, the chief consultant of the KaiserConsulting company who specializes on creation, correction and optimization of organizational structures of the companies and holdings conducted action.

At a seminar there were 34 representatives from 27 organizations, in particular, JSC DIS Center, JSC Remik, JSC Rakurs (a retail network of the Ricky Territorial election commissions kidswear), Beerhouse Restaurant (Simonov's SP), JSC Agrobusinessproyekt, JSC Medikon, JSC Nash diler, JSC Elkom, JSC Academy of Success, and others. The subject for participants was actual. Many could ask the questions to the trainer and receive answers which will help them with the solution of tasks at the enterprise.
