Attention of applicants for the license for implementation of activities for preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous, non-ferrous metals

Earlier we have paid your attention to changes of the Federal law of May 4, 2011 to No. 99-FZ "About licensing of some kinds of activity" wich come into force on November 15 of the current year.
As practice shows not all competitors of licenses attentively follow changes of the legislation. So we remind that for the purpose of simplification of procedure of a collecting documents for obtaining the license the change is made to the above mentioned law. Now it is allowed not to put  constituent documents when filing of application on obtaining the license.    (earlier it was required to attach notarized copies of constituent documents).
Thus we emphasize that the instruction duty in the statement of data on registration of legal entity, the individual entrepreneur isn't cancelled.
